This Taco Bell is the one I will usually want to go to over any other in my area. Usually since the time to get to the window which gets you your food is small so there’s not a lot of waiting and you can go on to what you need to be doing. Also with that, the food that you get is decently made and can tell that it wasn’t just slapped together quickly with the food tasting pretty good for Taco Bell.

Order wrong. Manager rude/seemed annoyed to even have to take my $60 order. They were out of CO2 for carbonated beverages. Doors locked at 830pm despite 4+ people working. JD was polite and courteous. I never leave google reviews typically but this was a horrible experience

Everything I come here during the day they give me vegetarian tacos. No matter what I order or what I ROUND UP TO, there’s never any meat. Meatless tacos. Must be a upper management decision. The one up by the Strip is where it’s at! Boycott c.f. taco bell!

I came through the drive thru and said “I wish you still had the 7-layer burrito” and then JD said “I can make that for you out of a bean burrito” then he made his own calculations and instead made a veggie version of a burrito supreme instead. Everytime I order my chicken quesadilla there is always just cheese and maybe a few pieces of chicken. I understand it being newly open but this place has been open for 2 maybe more months . But the fact is I shouldn’t be paying for “ extra toppings” because there’s nothing on it . I should be paying for what I’m ordering. You need to put more chicken and sauce on them I am getting very irritated about this happening every time I come by.

I’m not sure where manners, common courtesy and just plane respect went. It is certainly not something that is given at this location. When I walked in, there were 3 people making the food and 2 working the drive thru. One of those individuals working the drive thru was a manager. I was looked at for about 5 minutes but not a single person acknowledged my presence. No HI, we will be with u in a minute. Nothing. U stood there for 5.minutes waiting. 5 minutes doesn’t seem like a long time when your busy but just standing around waiting for someone to assist you feels like a lifetime. When I was finally acknowledge the manager tossed the bag on the counter and said we’re still working on the drinks. She never verified that I was a dasher nor did she verify who I was picking up. She didn’t smile or even say Sorry for the wait, were really busy or we’re short staffed tonight. I get it. Shitz happens…what I don’t get is why we have suddenly done away with these small but very important forms of courtesy. This particular manager only reinforced to her staff that it is ok to be rude and not acknowledge customers. Businesses stay open and thrive when you treat your customers like they are your family. Where did all of that go?

Very nice lady at the window. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo the pizza was good but the beef on the tacos was bland no taco flavor at all. I couldn’t eat them. A waste of money. The receipt they gave me didn’t have a survey number so I figured I’ll do a review on Google and call the restaurant. The lady told me that’s how it comes in a bag already made and they don’t season it. I’m guessing it was a bad batch ♀️ This is the only Taco Bell that has that problem off and on that I know of. I’d rather drive 15 minutes for now on to the other Taco Bell on Portage for better tasting food.
