Hit or miss, I have had phenomenal food here, I’ve also returned home with absolute dog food caliber trash. Unreliable at best, but occasionally outstanding. If you’re up for Russian roulette dining, this is your taco.

I had a terrible food experience here. I ordered a steak power bowl, and the rice was completely uncooked. I’m talking whole grains of rice, completely raw and crunchy. My husband’s fries were undercooked and cold, and tortillas were so torn up it looked like mice had been chewy on the corners. Will never return to this Taco Bell location on burbank rd. in wooster. Entire evening staff was like teenagers who acted like they couldn’t care less about doing a decent job.

I thought price was outrageous. 34 bucks and half the order was wrong. Not a single apology . And when got home fou d more wrong g. When call they didn’t care they were wrong. Extremely disappointed twice the cost and half the service. People just don’t care and I am sure corporate doesn’t care either. I know this will fall on deaf ears.

Pathetic! Had to remove ALL the lettuce in my taco to see if there was any meat. It was such a small amount of meat I have never had such a pathetic taco. I asked for sauce and only received one sauce per taco which isn’t even half enough. I was given one flimsy napkin and had to ask for more and they were very stingy. Get a grip taco bell

They’re busy all drive thru customer 4 times they asked me 28 min after finally who is preparing that guy saw my orders and he gave my orders. I came in store before of another’s suppose to be I have to be online the others. But wait long time another way they are not looking in store customers they’re busy drive thru customers. So Taco bell Wooster branch lost in my eyes. I will not go this place again.

They forgot the cinnamon twist. We ordered 3 crunch wraps one with jalapeños. They put jalapeños on all 3. Jalapeños make me sick. We ordered a vegetarian burrito and received a 5 layer which has beef. Please be careful and pay attention to orders. Some people have allergies and dietary restrictions. Be careful and check the order. Especially don’t tell the customer the order is accurate when they make sure of the dietary restrictions.

I made a large order online I meant to set for pick up in the evening. Left it on “immediate pick up” like a moron using my app. I called an hour before pick up was planned and let them know my mistake (and to apologize for the waste of their food/time in the morning), and they were so friendly and cooperative! Got me my order finished perfectly, on time, and they didn’t even charge me for a second order, and I was totally prepared to just pay a second time. They were wonderful.
