I’ve been to a ton of Taco Bell’s in my lifetime and decided to try out this one today 7-13-2023 @2pm and the food was so good that I came to write a review. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell ever. These employees definitely deserve acknowledgment for doing so well or a raise for being the best. Reminded me of early 2000’s fast food.

I order food from here via the Taco Bell app because it’s the closest and fastest for my lunchtime but 8/10 times the lobby is closed for me to pick food up so I have to wait on the long drive thru line. Sounds like a first world problem, I know but the patron should be notified if they’re closing the lobby if it can at all be helped. I don’t get much time so if I can’t wait then I don’t eat. I hope this helps people or makes sense

This is not a TACO BELL!! Since it’s not operated by the franchise! This store is independently owned by some private business/family…people don’t buy from this store as they don’t follow any standards of the franchise guidelines…they are always short staff and very rude. I would rather go to Lawrenceburg’s Taco Bell instead – they have quality and service!

Worst experience at taco bell EVER!!! The girl at the window was rude and sloppy. There was litterally no one in line but us and we waited at the window for over 10 mins then she without even looking our way handed the food out said nothing about the long wait or have a good one. If that wasn’t enough the food itself was ridiculous. Hard taco with nothing but lettuce so stale u couldn’t Crack it with a hammer. And the smallest steak burritos I’ve ever seen. Since the move this place has really gone down hill. I won’t be coming back for a long time if ever.

Open, doors locked. Drive thru is open was rushed through so fast the cheese isn’t even melted on my quesadilla. Our Verde bowl only had a few fries, far less then a nacho fry. Customer service behind the counter didn’t care. Didn’t even try to fix or apologize.

I’ve been here 3x and all this week. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS WRONG !! Every time.. it’s unreal. Or half the order is missing!!! I ordered supreme tacos and when I get them they are meat and cheese only. I ordered a crunchwrap and it’s meat and cheese only. I order a bean burrito add sour cream it had none and there were no onions on it. I ordered a beefy 5 layer and it’s meat and cheese only. One of the days I had to go back 3x… Worst taco bell ever!!! All the items have the meat on only one side of the item and dry on the other and missing 99% of all the ingredients. They need an adult in there because all those kids are messing everything up and have no sense of urgency..

Used the mobile app to order. They said everything was in the bag yet forgot 2 items even though there was no one in drive thru. It’s happened in the past but wanted to give them a second chance due to them being slammed inside and out the first time.

Mexican Pizza came back today. After waiting 20 minutes for two drinks and one pizza, I apparently received a pizza that looked like it’d be shoveled off the ground. Enjoy the pic, all I could do was laugh when I opened it.

Never open late like all other Taco Bell’s. Pull in saw multiple people in the store but didn’t answer or say they were closed when we pulled up to the drive through. Nothing like it use to be.

What a pathetic store, upon walking in there was nobody behind the counter, I wait almost 5 minutes and two different employees saw I was there but didn’t say a word, then a girl comes from outside and says is anyone waiting on you and I said no, so she did and when I got my food it was terrible, out of three soft taco supreme’s there was hardly anything on them and one didn’t have any sour cream. Avoid this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
