Always terrible. Won’t be coming here anymore. It’s worth the drive to go to another. Always have to come inside for mobile order… frequently for non mobile as well. Still have to wait in line and then park and wait again because you cant get past the cars in line. By the time ive waited in line, my order would have been ready. I only ordered 2 burritos and a fiesta potato but ive been standing here for 15-20ish minutes. Cars keep moving through drive through. RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. Terrible attitudes. Won’t be back.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time I eat here I feel sick afterwards.The hard shell tacos taste really old. Over all the meals are not fresh. I’m not sure if it’s old ingredients or items being left out too long but I don’t recommend.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s in the 513!!! Terrible service, always get the order wrong and play with peoples money, employees sit on their phones and take orders & always get it wrong. They yell at you in the drive through, and say never have anything. The Wendy’s is the same as well next door. Avoid these restaurants at all costs on gest st. I would like to talk to a district manager to have several refunds. District please do something about these employees.

Got someone else’s order which was barely edible. Pay attention to what you are doing. When someone orders food they’re ordering for themselves and not the person behind them. What if I were allergic to something the other person ordered? Pay attention! The Wendy’s next door is not any better! Someone do something about these restaurants!

Decent food, chalupa not super hot, may be because we ordered the cinabites and they took a while to come out. Ended up with 6 cars behind us but were never pulled around or made to come inside which I really appreciate thank you

I was hesitant to order from here on doordash considering half the food always comes missing or incorrect.. yet again I received only half of the items I paid for which is very frustrating. The store did not give any sauces as requested and the store will not answer the phone. These stores do not care about customers food any more.
