This was an absolutely terrible experience took forever in the line and they were rude over the mic and at window and they told us we were unable to add on at the window and than when she was told we could she told us that they no longer sold them even tho it was on their menu. Then she got an attitude and said that they weren’t going to serve it. Then, once we finally got our food, the drink tasted like toilet water. The order was wrong food was burnt and we didn’t even receive all of our items and there was a bone in my pot pie.

Ok I haven’t been to taco bell in a while but in the past I always thought it was hit or miss as far as service and the food. But I went later this evening before close. Only one car in the drive thru. They were very quick to ask me to order when I was ready. I am actually really impressed. There were maybe two workers but they were very attentive, fast, and very professional. I went home, and im not going to lie. ..it was probably the best quality taco bell I had ever had! Everything turned out well beyond what i expected. There were napkins. And the sauce I ordered was well supplied. The food was hot. Tasted like they just made it. I just feel like my experiences at any restaurant have been pretty disappointing and I thought taco bell did amazing tonight. I’d have posted how it looked but it was gone before I got to this thanks guys!

Ordered two items, nachos and fries. Pulling up to the drive thru to getting my food took 20 minutes. Not one person thought to open that window and ask what I ordered, apologize for the wait or explain what was taking so long. Three cars in front of me and the parking lot was very empty. Around 15 minutes in, I no longer wanted this food, so I parked and went in for my money back. The manager said we don’t do refunds. No refunds. Your food is right there, (of course), and we can remake it if you want. What, another 20 minutes??? He gave me the bag and the food was nothing that should have taken so long. The lid was off the nachos, the cheese product was running out the container, AND the food was mildly warm!!!! Was it just sitting on the counter? Do you not keep your food hot enough? Remember no refunds!! Buyer Beware! You come to Norwood taco bell to wait 20 minutes for some Luke warm food. Possible food poisoning? Not their problem! No refunds! Never Again!

This was the worst customer service, very rude, and didn’t care at all. Tossed food out the drive thru , mexican pizza not in the box in the bottom of bag & said it was our fault. Who wants to eat that. Just happened 12/7/22 9:30pm. How do you keep people like this? From viewing other comments at this store, it seems they don’t care either.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in to pick up a doordash order but they gave my order to the wrong person. The app told me to place the order and pay with my red card – the staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and were for some reason making fun of me like I wasn’t standing there to the point I was almost in tears. I had to leave without my order and my customer probably never got their food. AWFUL.

Ordered TWO quesadillas, a Mexican pizza, a Doritos locos tacos and a side of the quesadilla jalapeño sauce. Got to the window after an eternity, and was greeted kindly by the girl who took my payment. After checking my food I found only ONE quesadilla in the bag. I shared that I was missing a quesadilla and she asked me to hold. When she came back she asked me to check the bottom of the bag. I checked and let her know there was only one. She asked another lady who asked me to check the bag and after checking again I shared the same result. The second lady then confirmed what I figured had happened, I was only charged for one and I said that it was ok and that I’d like to order another. She said ‘ok’ and asked me to hold on. Up to this point all of the exchanges were cordial and non-confrontational. A large angry dude comes to the window and immediately raises his voice and says he took my order and that I only ordered one. I disagreed, he grew louder and seeing it was pointless to continue discussing what may have actually happened, I asked to order another quesadilla again so that I could dip it into the extra sauce I was just overcharged for. He refused stating he had a long line of cars behind me and sent me along without a receipt. Even if I had only ordered one quesadilla (I ordered two) this was the opposite of what customer service should be. It seems the other reviews on this store are accurate. This was also my second and last poor experience at the store which is unfortunate because I just moved into the neighborhood and was excited about 4th mealing here all the time. The first time I visited was ~20 mins prior to close and they were already almost done cleaning everything up to leave for the night. The employees wouldn’t even make eye contact with me or any of the other cars behind me that day to at least wave us off. They also close the dining room over an hour earlier than their hours state so you are forced to queue in the drive thru to receive the customer service I shared above. Based on the reviews, this franchisee/owner can care less about customer service and is happy to ruin the equity of Taco Bell.

Sign says open until 1 and they let us wait there for an hour before informing us sign was wrong. Even attempted to speak to a manager and they stepped outside to party for a birthday.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Chicken from kfc was good but priced incorrectly. Staff was pleasant but didn’t listen. Tacos were cold and taco salad was missing meat all together. Basically visiting here was a HUGE fail. Won’t happen again, but huge shoutout to Lee’s Chicken just up the street which is super solid.
