If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Every time we have ordered something has been missing. There is absolutely no reason we shouldn’t be able to trust the staff is competent enough to actually get the order right. Sadly, we cannot trust that which frankly is sad for a group of adults to be unable to successfully complete a simple enough task. I am deeply concerned regarding the intelligence of the staff at this location.

Absolutely disgusting food and sanitation. While I was eating my taco halfway through I saw a bug inside of my taco, needless to say I threw away the rest of my food. The bug must’ve gotten into the food during preparation or was already inside the containers where the Taco Bell keeps their food. Never going here or any other Taco Bell again after this. Found a cockroach in ground beef of food. Ate most of the taco I found it in.May have been more but threw away the rest of the food. Won’t be at Taco Bell anymore, Definitely came from the restaurant and management will be hearing about his issue soon.

Worst tacobell I’ve been to quesadillas are half empty nacho fires have next to no seasoning on them and the Supreme taco only had sour cream on the end of the taco, on top of that the customer service is terrible I had taken pictures of my food tried calling up there they said they would replace my food then when I came by they told me they couldn’t I had wasted atleast 40mins to an hour just dealing with it and then I tried calling again multiple times and no one answered the phone over 3 different calls all about 10 minutes apart, if I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. They can’t follow simple directions like no lettuce or tomato. They can’t seem give you all the food you ordered. That’s the reason why I went back, to get the food that they forgot last time. They made it all wrong and I still had missing items. If I was you I wouldn’t spend 1 penny there. Go to the one in west Carrollton or the one by the mall at least you get what you order and how you order it.

I came to This location a couple of days ago, This by far is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to, every time it’s always a wait for not fresh food, why and how? The manager I believe I heard (their) name is Cody while eating all I could hear is him being ignorant to fellow employees, and talking about his provocative personal life while children was waiting for their food.. The other employees seem lifeless probably because of the management there at this location, something really needs to be done about this location, I will take this higher if it needs to be, because this location is also very dirty..

Worst tacos ever. I put the straw in the photo for reference. The shells tasted burnt or rancid or something. Inedible. The fillings? Where are they? My straw was bigger than the little tiny bit of meat. Very disappointing. I know we get what we get but seriously, this is unacceptable. Won’t go back.
