Night shift is the worst. Sat at the speaker for 5 mins before anyone asked to take my order. Placed the order and then silence for another 5 minutes, I finally spoke up and asked if they got my order. No response, so then I drive up to the window and sit for another FIVE minutes without a single employee out of the 3 that I saw ever glancing my way.

These guys seem to always be open and always on top of it. The food is always good, it’s always fast and on top of that they let us pick up multiple mobile orders at a time very good. I’ve had not a lot of issues with getting the wrong food and the app works amazing, Great job overall.

Food was good, the service, was another story. The fellow that waited on us was new and trying very hard to give us good service, his trainer was the problem, he was short with the new guy, and instead of helping him, he just stand and say nothing, even when the trainee would ask a question. The trainer also shorted us an item and had to go back and fix that item for us, since we were the only ones at the counter and only two cars went through the drive through, you would think three people prepping the food would be a bit more efficient. The trainee was the most courteous and apologetic for the mistake, the others were not.

If you are coming to order food or picking up someone else food (like a doordash order) it doesn’t matter the day or the time, or who is working, they ignore you, or if they do finally talk to you they are rude, and treat you like you are an annoyance and that taking your order is NOT part of their job description. I hear them yell and complain about working and if they are laughing it is because they are busy ignoring you and hanging out and talking. Just the worst place ever. I cannot stand coming here.

I had a mobile order that said it was done ready probably 5210 minutes after I ordered it period however when to walk in they did not have it done period they did every single doordash and Uber eats order before they made mine last. I waited probably 20 minutes. IT could have been a fluke. I don’t know I’ve never been in there any other time but then.

Ordered a steak burrito with only lettuce and tomato. They put extra stuff on it which I wasn’t to happy about and I payed almost 7.00 for it and it was super small. The 1.00 menu was bigger then the steak burrito.

New staff? New manager? Who knows why changes have been made, but changes have been made and they were all wrong. Took 30 mins at the drive-thru for two meals. They were wrong and cold. Got my order remade, wrong again. Emailed corporate, and got Nothing. Pretty much done with trashfood stores.
