I waited over 30 minutes for my food in the store after placing my pickup order on the app. Finally got my food and checked it the best I could in the truck. I noticed my husband’s burrito was missing so I went back for it and they made me wait another 10-15 minutes to make the burrito, while my other food got cold! Got home and took everything out and there were even more missing items. I’m so done with Taco Bell. They cannot run their stores! I will not be back, nor will I ever give this chain anymore of my money!

This is the only Taco Bell I can go to and not have to check the bag before leaving. they consistently get the order right, not only all items in the bag, but all the correctly made correct items ordered in the bag. the people that work here have always had good attitudes, as well as well made food accurate to what you asked for. The wendy’s next door doesn’t even have as good of Service as the Taco Bell. I wish more taco Bells were this reliable.

Beavercreek Taco Bell has got to be the best around! Food is always fresh and the staff is amazing! Always willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. My favorite has always been the Encharito, but it is no longer sold at Taco Bell. But the Beavercreek Taco Bell takes the bean burrito and dresses it as best they can and gives me some red sauce to help it be more like an encharito. Great customer service! Kudos!

This establishment has got to do better!! My 15 year old daughter gets to eat fast food 1x weekly and she always chooses TB. This establishment is the closest to our home and it is rare that they get an order correct. Tonight took the cake though. Have you ever ordered a Mexican pizza and received it with NO CHEESE!! Absolutely 0 cheese on top. Even worse is that I asked and paid for extra cheese. Go figure. My last visit; I’m tired, you win TB.

Decided to give them a second chance and this time it was even worse. Every time we come here the say they are understaffed and the workers are complaining about running out of product. This has to be one of the most poorly managed tacobells I have seen in my life. Cars are now diving of after placing orders. Heck they might just need to close the doors.
