I tried to call this location multiple times with no answer. I ordered a Mexican pizza and 4 other items. The Mexican pizza tasted rancid, the shell tasted like it had been fried in old oil. This isn’t the first time I have had issues at this location. On previous visits I have had missing items from my order, not being one to complaint I didn’t call the store I just wrote it off. But when the food quality is an issue I feel it needs to be brought to light. Please answer your phone to service your customers, I have spent a lot of money at your restaurant on multiple occasions.

3 of us…took grandson after football practice (main st taco bell). I ordered burrito Supreme & bowl of beans&cheese. Idk what was in that bowl but it was NOT beans!!! The grease & the flavor absolutely gagged me!!!! On top of that…they had no silverware for the mystery bowl of slop..asked if I wanted a knife….or 2. No. So I ordered chips to use as spoon to dip them…the chips tasted like chemicals. Tried to tell employee….he laughed n said he was new. Ok…so… maybe shoulda left it at the 2 taco bell Chilliclothes already had. I do not recommend this store st all!!!!

This one is way better than the one on bridge street… they actually give you food and not a kids meal. Proportions is always a thing with taco bell it’s either gonna be good or bad and the main st location has always been good.

Cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. We stopped on the way to camping at Paint Creek State Park. On the way home, we were going to stop again, but the doors were locked, drive through was running, but no explanation or signage as to why they were closed.

Update: 4-19-23: this is the fourth time in two weeks to visit this particular taco bell store. This is also the fourth time in two weeks they have forgotten or sent the wrong items out the window. Getting harder to support this kind of establishment. I can understand a single mistake, but multiple mistakes now multiple times. Not good. Time for retraining and newer staff. This is the newest Taco Bell in town and I am happy to report that they are now sending out orders that are correct and hot. Friendly staff.

Great service and the manager with the short hair and glasses is the sweetest and very patent I always order complicated food and she makes sure it’s right and is very patient when taking my order I recommend this Taco Bell on Main Street and I won’t go to any other… also the place is always very clean even where they make the food

The absolute worst $12 for two burrito springs and a small soda and I swear you could have put the amount of meat in the burrito supreme in a teaspoon there was nothing there. Run from this place, do yourself a favor and go to some place like Chipotle you’ll get way more good food for less money!!!!!

I’m pretty much a regular at this location. Sometimes the food can be skimpy or well loaded.. guess it depends on who is working. I always order on the app which I wish like other locations that had a bin for those pick ups instead of having to tell them my name each time. Regardless great people work here and they are always open inside unlike the other locations in Chillicothe.
