They were super under staffed and I sympathized with that because I know how it is so I was willing to be patient however… The store was a mess in both the kitchen area and the dining room. Once we ordered it took forever to get our food ( under staffed I get it). Then when we came back up to get sauce it took forever for them to ask what I needed even know one of the girls passed me several times. While waiting a lady had to come back in because they had forgotten her fry. When they gave her the fry box it was half empty so she said something about it and they filled it to standard but the one girl went and told the other girl and they laughed about it (that’s ridiculous). The people on their phones could have been helping the others out instead of being on their phones. By the time I got the sauce I needed my food was cold. Then part of the order was wrong but we just ate what we could anyways. Between the wait time and how they treated the other customer there was no way I was about to go up to try to get it fixed. $30 isn’t much but it was wasted and that’s frustrating. It will be a long time before I decide to try there again.

Literally every other location will make customizations to your food except for this one. They will tell you “it comes as it is” if you even dare to ask them to make your food without something. How hard is it to make food without one of the ingredients and why does it seem like it’s only this location that says it?

Its hilarious to me how a restaurant can get by with closing before they’re closing time every single day! It kills me bc I’m always craving it and they always close nearly a whole hour early. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t like that too well.

This place always take so damn long nothing about fast for this fast food restaurant. I think they butcher the cow, season the beef, pluck the chicken, and then sit down and do something else besides make your food. Slowest service ever. To sit in a drive thru for 20 min is ridiculous. Went inside to order stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there.

Haven’t been here for a minute due to an unpleasant experience but me and my family decided to give it another go. and boy am I glad we did! I don’t know who was cooking today but they did an exquisite job and gave us proper helpings of everything we had ordered. seems like they might’ve gotten new workers? all I know is that the cook deserves a raise for how much love they put into the food thank you for making a chunky girl happy!

12 soft taco box purchased today and maybe two tsp of meat on each one didn’t see that til I came home so no fix it available. And the cheese maybe a tsp of it on them. Next time I will buy hamburger and sauce from Walmart and make my own tacos. More value for my money and will be able to feed my whole family with 12 soft tacos.
