I’m a delivery driver. I have a daily route routine. I have eaten at many Taco Bells. All have an issue with service for indoor customers. Food quality is poor. I noticed the tacos had not enough lettuce and meat was cold. Loud conversations from the kitchen can be herd in the dining area. These issues seem to be at many Taco Bells.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and it’s not even close. They have messed up prior orders and today gave away our mobile order to some random person, said they then couldn’t re-make the order, and then when we re-ordered the same food they STILL messed up the order and gave us random food instead of what we ordered. Save yourself the time in the long run and go to New Boston or Portsmouth, this location is a wreck.

If you want to waste your life away in their lobby, this place is perfect. Guy that made our food is SLOW. Waited 15 minutes for 2 tacos. Drive thru made dozens of orders while we waited in the lobby but they don’t care how long customers wait.

I usually love eating soft taco supremes from this particular place but we are quite a bit late this time and the food wasn’t that good. Almost like it was old.seive thru was fast but almost on the ride side. I think the day shift is a little nicer better customer service. Plenty of parking. Overall ok experience.

We love taco bell. And this taco bell is convenient and close. But literally every single time we go they get at least one thing wrong on our order. Its gotten to the point that its kind of comedic. We make our order and guess at whats gonna come out incorrect this time. At the end of the day food is food so im still gonna eat it amd continue coming back because like i said, we be lovin some taco bell. And the staff is fine, never have a problem with the people. Just wild how often they mess stuff up.

This is the WORST Taco Bell in Scioto County. Every time I go through there at night they mess my order up and then night shift takes the phone off the hook so they don’t have to deal with it. That isn’t how this works, you are at your job that you get paid to do you dont pick and choose which parts of your job you do. This is the third time in 3 months I’ve called back during their night shift and they have had the phone off the hook ( because they mess up every. Single . Order & only gotten worse sense Amy has started working the window ) I’m calling their corporate tomorrow I’ve had enough of the shenanigans.

Don’t order tacos. Very cheap with the filling. All other Taco Bell’s tacos are filled to the top and very messy. These two taco supremes had very little filling and the Crunchwrap supreme was almost paper thin.

Wow. Ordered through doordash, didn’t receive the Mexican pizza I ordered and payed $$ for. When I called and asked about it the employee literally said “Yea it was our fault.” Nothing else. He sounded proud about it. No apology. When I asked how the situation would be remedied he told me I could come pick one up if I wanted to. No refund. No apology whatsoever. I ordered delivery for a reason. Consistently terrible service at this location, rude employees and every time I decide to give it another chance they screw it up. Again and again. Highly recommend driving out of town if you want Tbell because this place is ridiculous.
