They are making cut backs on portions. My crunch wrap Supreme looked like a flattend soft taco. I asked where the beef was. They said all you get is a teaspoon. They also messed up my son’s order, and we used the kiosk.

We went through drive through at 11:30pm and they told us they were only taking mobile orders. So we ordered online and then went through the drive though the pick it up. Except when we went through the manager told us that they couldn’t fulfill our order (20 mins later) because of staffing issues. But they wouldn’t cancel the order, we had to on the app. They were incredibly rude and would not refund our food when the app said our order couldn’t be canceled. So we paid for food that was never delivered. Mohammad would not respond to us when we asked for a refund. The manager, Ellie, would not try to help us or refund us either. They then threatened to call the police when we asked for a refund through the drive through line. We know there were 2 people working in Taco Bell and they never said they didn’t have product so I’m wondering why 2 people couldn’t make a taco supreme combo with a drink? What staffing issue caused them to not be able to fulfill the order and just tell us they couldn’t refund the order and kept asking us how old we were? Sounds like a scam to me! Will be reporting incident to corporate, as we recorded the insane convo we had with employees that seemed intoxicated/high.

Food was good and they didn’t forget any part of the order, the manager on duty was a bit rude tho. My dad and I went to get food for the rest of the fam, we have 8 ppl who live in that house, and obviously it was a bigger order. The manager acted like it was an inconvenience that we placed that order and yelled that we couldn’t sit at the window and had to move. Like I get having to move but don’t yell it and don’t make us feel bad for trying to get stuff our family enjoys. Do better.

The women in the drive thru were down right RUDE! I was no impressed with them at all. My husband orders the same thing at every Taco Bell he’s ever been to. There is a certain way most places ring it up, these ‘ladies’ argue with him saying they can’t ring it up that way. Ok whatever, then we ordered the rest and at the end I remembered I needed to order a few of the items special so we politely told her, she said “I wish you had have told me that cause now I have to have them remade and you’ll have to park and wait” To say I was put off by her tone is understatement of the year. I’ve never been treated so hateful in my life. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I ordered from this location on DoorDash 3 nights in a row. I work late and don’t always have the time nor energy to cook when I get home. The first night they forgot my Pepsi, second night they forgot my Pepsi and a whole Crunchwrap, third night I ordered food for myself and my family. I ordered 4 drinks 2 cravings boxes, a couple burritos, and 4 Cinnabons. They forgot all 4 drinks and the Cinnabons. Moral of the story, don’t order from here. And from other reviews, don’t dine in either.

12:30 – “we’re not open; we’re short-staffed” … at least three people were cleaning and closing down; sign says open until 2. This is at least the third time this has happened over the last year so I’m sure it’s a regular occurrence.

just left here and the lady at the window was extremely rude. i’m not one to give bad reviews but when i pulled up to the window, she just stared at me with a nasty look. didn’t tell me my total, didn’t say hi, just nothing. i gave her my card and she returned it. then when my food was ready, she just stuck it out the window without saying a word.
