Too much wait time: over 30 minutes drive through to get my online order. What is a purpose of online order if you have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes waste gas. Even inside you can not go. Waste of time. Needs to improve customer service. There is a Wendy’s next to Taco Bell at least learn from it. Honestly it suck’s. Customers were leaving and it looks like they are creating a scene to show others that we are busy. I really left if did not place my online order. It was a nightmare visit.

It’s Taco Bell. For some reason they never melt the cheese on the quesadilla, but the creamy jalapeno sauce keeps me coming back. You typically get the best food during earlier shifts when adults are working, but overall, I have never met a person at the window I didn’t like. They are friendly and lots of them like to have fun with you and have great personalities – if only the quality of food matched those nice people. Tacos are like meat double lettuce, a tiny sprinkle of cheese. It’s nothing to call home about, but I’ll always go back. It is getting more expensive for less quality food, but I guess they’re keeping up with the time and pricing like other places, but I sure do miss the taco that cost 79 cents. We’re all for nostalgia these days, I say let’s be nostalgic with pricing

food was always acceptable,,, however came in earlier this month, and some skinny white boy at the window apparently thinks its funny to threaten to fight customers???? gave me the impression he was under the influence of something, bad mouthed my boyfriend the entire time we were at the window. I’ve literally never had such a strange experience with an employee ever in my life. my boyfriend was in such a good mood he smiled and laughed at him through the whole thing, but your employee was a jackass. uncomfortable ever coming back.

Driving through the area on a trip. Stopped to grab something to eat on the way home late at night. Line moved quickly, the attendants was friendly and spoke clearly when asking us for our order. All of our food was made correctly and was hot. Everything was good, couldn’t have been a better experience.

Went here during a school trip (indoor percussion), the line was short (with the exception of the other percussionists. Service was quick. I was even allowed to have a medium drink for free as it was my only order, and the root beer tasted great. Overall great experience.
