terrible. my quesadilla was cold and not melted. i’ve gotten cheese roll ups in the past with the same problem. i’m glad lebanon is getting a different taco bell. maybe they will be better.

Wondering if i should even leave a review since others have hit on almost all my complaints which tells me they are not improving. Seems most of the issues are employees with their lethargic demeanor which stems from poor management. As others have stated the service is awful, ordered at the kiosk because there wasn’t a front cashier and had to flag someone down for our drinks. Our order for 2 people took 20 minutes and I can see why with 1 guy with no urgency to complete orders working the taco station in back. Every single employee I seen (4-5) was strolling around like they were taking a relaxing stroll in the park instead of at work. Also, the amount of workers with long hair and no hairnets bothered me both because it’s unhygienic and because it’s not 1980 anymore. As we’re waiting we noticed several people receive their order and come back up after they got it to correct something. We finally got our food and also had to go back up to correct our order. One burrito i got was put together so sloppily i just threw it away. We had 3 burritos but couldn’t tell which was which since they never mark them like they’re supposed to so they got switched up and so another burrito got thrown away. I got a Chulupa and the shell was way overdone which was a nice surprise because usually i get them way underdone (sarcasim). Taco Bell is amazing when everything is done the right way and done with urgency but they honestly need to wipe the slate clean with the lack luster employees they have and probably the management as well since they are hiring these people which by the way, they all looked pretty rough appearance wise. I think I’m done giving this taco bell location chances since they disappoint 9 times out of 10 these days.

Terrible Service. Staff was rude. Drink machine was down. Waited half an hour for them to end up giving us 3 bags because they forgot half of the order. After receiving the second bag we noticed we were still missing some items, we were given a third bag and this is the taco that was inside. Will not be returning, we will visit the Anson location since it will apparently save some time and money. ✨ ps it wasn’t a complicated order. a chicken quesadilla, a taco, and a grilled cheese burrito. should not have even been an issue.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Four people working inside. No one came to the counter to take my order so I ordered on the kiosk. They kept the drive-thru going (I assume because that’s on a timer). But I waited 30 minutes, along with many other people, inside for a $10 carry-out order. In that 30 minutes, I watched two people actually get their food inside, and their orders were both wrong. I finally just left without my food. Understaffed, poorly managed, and I will never return to this restaurant again as long as I live. Right off of I-65. Plenty of other restaurants people can go to at that exit. DO BETTER.

We waited about 30 minutes here for food. We left after the four people before us never got their food. Store was understaffed, priorities were on drive through. Staff was nice but they should have communicated the back up or closed the dining area. A worker was smoking by the entrance and told us we would have to wait ten minutes. It was a rather unpleasant experience. The dining area was a mess with trash everywhere. I get the understaffing issue but choices could have been made in that situation.

Brenda P or whatever you’re miserable name was… Worst drive thru employee award goes to YOU!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! You seriously need to look into other work. I do not recommend anything if her and her dirty no hand washing accomplice is working. I mean let’s get mad at the customers because YOU guys wanna take a smoke break when it’s almost closing time. Come straight in and make the food. Gross. People are hungry& you don’t care. You can be rude “because your boss pays you” right But in fact you get paid to take care of customers. So that’s what YOU should do. So do your job and don’t be rude to people “customers” that pay to even keep Taco Bell a thing. You should learn life…
