Broken tacos, wrong items, bad customer service and don’t order here unless you enjoy sour cream because that’s all your getting!! Completely horrible service and food, wish I could put zero stars. Not only did the drive thru girl ring up my order wrong “supreme variety party pack, she rang up a regular supreme party pack”. When I got home and pulling the tacos out not only were they all crunchy tacos but maybe 2 of the 12 tacos actually were tacos, they had nothing but sour cream in them and a dash of everything else. So I call back to the store to ask what is in the supreme variety party pack the response was “honestly I don’t know” then I stated It wasn’t what I ordered and I was upset about the tacos she hangs up on me!!! Called back to talk to manager, which he states she didn’t hang up, talked over me the entire phone call, told me what I ordered was the party pack because that’s what he seen on his screen, didn’t think twice that she rang up the wrong thing, was not any help and made the situation so much worse. I guess when you spend $40 on food here they decide to give you less. Do better!

I would give taco bell a much better rating if they actually started their counter. The kiosk only thing gets old. The vibe in the restaurant is pretty lousy and tables don’t get cleaned frequently. The good was great though.

Don’t ever ask to add or subtract anything from an item because it’s not happening. No tomato on a taco, you get extra. Ask for supreme tacos, you get plain with nothing on it. They will guaranteed be out of something whether it be sauce, cups, drink lids, cinnamon twists

As soon as I pulled up a small child flipped me off through the window, which turns out it is one of the employees sons which he had two kids there, not that I mind kids but these two were literally running around full speed saying foul things to customers flipping them off and taking things off their tables, I won’t be back because I almost took my belt off and did your parenting for you ! On top of that the entire wait staff were probably the rudest taco bell workers I’ve ever encountered , DO NOT STOP AT THIS TACO BELL GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO ARBYS OR MCDONALDS TRUST ME.

There’s only ONE place to go for late night fast food in Cloverdale, Ind. and that’s Taco Bell and ours is THE BEST! The staff is always friendly, no matter what time you get there The food is ALWAYS hot! Have you ever got a taco from a Taco Bell and couldn’t find your meat amongst all the cheese and lettuce? Like, “Wait, did I order a salad in a tortilla?” HA! Not at this Taco Bell. There’s a younger guy and an older guy on the late shift that give quite the opposite of the normal “I hate my job” attitude that is common at fast food restaurants, super friendly and send me off with good food with a “Have a blessed night!” I know the Greencastle Taco Bell line is wrapped around the entire parking lot every night, so maybe instead of waiting 20mins you head to Cloverdale where the line is short, the food is hot, and the people are friendly!

Everyone at this taco bell is too busy talking about there love life in the back instead of cooking customers food, waited 45 minutes for a burrito and chips and nacho cheese, worst taco bell experience I’ve had yet, do to go to this location unless you have 45 minutes to an hour to sit around listening to there drama. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Took forever for the order. There are no cashiers. They did not add our sauces to the bag.The bathrooms were disgusting – broken TP dispenser, no soap. Dirty….We will never stop here again. Avoid!
