I can’t believe how bad the service was. I’m a vegetarian and they put beef in most of my order. I spent almost $45 on this order. I asked for a refund instead and the manager told me that he couldn’t because of inventory, so then I just asked for a remake and he said he wouldn’t do that either. So I didn’t get a refund nor the right food all together bad customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Did not put sour cream on the “supreme” taco, forgot the quesadilla, forgot the condiments, somehow out of nacho cheese? The screen is completely black in the drive-thru and workers are rude. How are you even in business still?

This store manager stole an additional $8.04 from me today .. I still have my receipt my original order was 8.04 and I see an email show up saying I’ve been charged the same amount twice… I called and asked how much the stuff was that I ordered b4 I told him what was wrong and told them what they did and he hung up on me.. called back 12 times and he had the phone off the hook for over 2hrs you can’t tell me he didn’t commit theft why not tell me bring in the receipt and email for original transaction instead of hanging up and leaving the phone off the hook… im suing Taco Bell and that’s a facts

Trevor the manager made my mobile app incorrectly, argued he made it right, finally after a back and forth a few times he decided to remake the food which he had an attitude about, didn’t address me himself as a manager should in this instance and made my order incorrectly again. The food was fine, but a couple of particular members of the staff were terrible!! There were two women working the back that were so loud and yelling some of the crudest things imaginable, loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. The amount of profanity that was used from F word to N word and everything in-between was clearly making everyone in a full dining room uncomfortable (THERE, WHERE LOTS OF KIDS INSIDE!!!). This is behavior that is completely unacceptable, and no customer should ever have to tolerate it, especially when they have their kids with them. I will never be returning, and this place needs a serious visit from corporate. People should be fired for acting like this at a place of business.
