Walked into the taco bell, which I never had any problems before here, and ordered at the kiosk and went to pay with cash. I stood at the register for around 20 minutes (which isn’t too much of an issue, I’ve worked in fast food and I get sometimes there’s just too much going on with drive-thru and mobile door dash orders) and I had ordered the dipping taco meal which comes with the dipping taco, a chalupa, a 5 layer, and chips with cheese. After they begrudgingly gave me my order and looked in it, I did not get the dipping taco, I had barely any chips and these were the cheese sauces gave to me, not even a pump of cheese. I understand if they don’t have enough cheese sauce but if that was the case, tell the customers or at least put out a sign. This sight just makes the wait I went through all the more bitter.

Placed mobile order for dine in. Order took forever to get. We sat at table with our drinks waiting for food. It was 10pm. 10 minutes into eating our food we were told we had to leave that dining room is closed. I have never been to place that kicks you out while your eating. That could of been said when we were given our food. Very poor customer service and don’t plan on going back to this one.

It’s Taco Bell… so you pretty much know what you’re getting. If you like Taco Bell food, you’ll like this location just fine. The staff generally seem to be friendly, and the lines haven’t been long when I have visited. I haven’t been inside the store yet. But from the drive through lane the property seems to be clean and tidy. It helps that it is a fairly new location. It’s a small property, so it’s a little tight driving through. Shouldn’t be a problem

I placed a small order through the drive through and 4 people standing at the drive through window talking and laughing to each other and no help on when the order will be done. Sat in drive through for 27 minutes with people behind me honking. They never said pull around or we will bring it out.

Entered the building and stepped up to look at the menu and was told to order at the kiosk. So much for personal service. The kiosk wouldn’t allow me to make the special order I wanted, so I had to order something else. Then it wouldn’t accept either of my cards for payment. I was able to add sour cream through the kiosk, but the restaurant didn’t put it on my item. It wasn’t a really great dining experience over all.
