Taco Bell as a whole now every one of the places that I’ve ever been they’re just not what they used to be. I realize covid and everything had a lot to do with things however it just seems like customer service and the product not having items can’t use cash at times back in the day all the way up until now they just seem to not have recovered. Taco Bell has good products but all of my area and this one the food isn’t as good as it used to be and the customer service needs training and you need the right kind of people to be facing the public I never feel welcome there I always feel like you’re doing me a service in the sense that give me your money here’s my product and go on. Customer service is more necessary than product but if the customer service is bad and the product is winning that’s why where I live there are two Taco Bells that close down. I’m really wanting someone to get a hold of this. I was a chef for 40 years in contract Food Service I understand what I’m talking about

The wait was pretty long for the amount of actual people that were there. Then my order was wrong. Instead of 2 cinnamon twists, I paid for a steak quesadilla. Something in the nacho bell grande had to have been spoiled because one bite and I threw mine away , then I heard my daughter almost get sick because of hers. absolutely the worst 30$ I’ve spent in long time.

Just got home from ordering from this taco bell. I should have known better. They messed up my entire order. I ordered a grilled cheese stuffed burrito combo ,2 chicken burritos and they gave all items for the value menu not the ones I ordered. Basically stole around 8 or 9 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous

I ordered food, they took my money, then they never gave me food. I waited 40 minutes and they refused to unlock the door to even talk to me despite many attempts. They served others who came way after me because they appeared to be friends. I had hours to drive and gave up. So frustrating.

Still the worst Taco Bell I’ve had since 1965. The only reason this Taco Bell is still around is that I haven’t had it closed yet. 8pm on a Friday night with no lettuce and no crunchy taco shells without a discount is not a taco joint. If the owner or franchisee would like to contact me and discuss it, that would be fine. Otherwise, I’ll be looking in to having the license revoked. It IS up to the neighborhood, by the way.

This location on Brookville road has terrible customer service the manger refused to give his name when I called with a complaint. They give fake names out when you complain to beware of the Brookville road location .They never get your order Right.

I went through the drive through at the KYC/Taco Bell on 21st & Post. I had combo 9, 2 crunchy taco supremes & a taco pizza. It included a 16oz Diet Pepsi. It was a good price, but it never is as good as if you eat inside. My crunchy tacos got a little soft by the time I returned home. The taco pizza was too heavy on the refried beans. It had shifted in my car. I had to eat it with a fork. The flavor was good. I did get too full to eat the entire taco pizza. I ate what I consider the crunchy and meaty parts.
