I recommend not ordering for a mobile pickup inside. They are supposed to make your order so it’s waiting on the pickup counter. We sat there for 15 minutes and then someone asked if my name was there. I said yes. They still didn’t start making my order. A few minutes go by and I hear the manager call out if anyone has made my order. They say no and they still don’t start making my order. After they finish all the orders that have come in while I’m standing and waiting the manager makes my order. Unorganized and ridiculous customer service.

This is the absolute worst Taco bell location I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in six different states and never had problems like this. I gave multiple chances. Enough is enough. I have never gone to this location and received everything I ordered. This time I’m missing $7 worth of food. Last time it was nearly $10. And let me not even get into the other four times. Every employee, manager and owner needs fired. You should be ashamed. It’s fast food not rocket science. Relaying this to corporate since you can’t seem to fix it in house.

This Taco Bell was quick, inexpensive, and fresh. The food was steaming hot when I received it! I truly love not interacting with the employees but still being able to sit and eat here. They have updated seating to where you can plug in a charger. Also I like that there are high chairs available (family friendly). In addition to all of that the food was good. My friend got a crunch wrap which had holes in (see pictures) but that was nothing to the service and quality.

I came through the drive thru and when I got to the front the cashier had her FaceTime on. I handed her my card where she proceeded to tap it and hand it back. I told her I was not okay with the fact her FaceTime camera was on and she proceeded to brush me off with some excuse about holding my card a certain way… I don’t know what the person on the other end can see nor do I think it’s professional to be on FACETIME while handling peoples bank cards. When I called to speak to the manager he also brushed it off saying he knows his people and let’s everyone do it. When I challenged that by saying yeah but I don’t know them he said well I don’t know you, I asked for his name so that I could make record of it and he set the phone down and began to talk to the cashier about me and how he doesn’t legally have to give me his name (if no one is doing anything wrong why can’t he give me his name)??? With how card numbers can be stolen employees should not have their FaceTimes open and on while customer cards are in hand. Nor should manager brush it off like nothing is the matter with it NOR set the phone down and start complaining about a paying customer.

Everything always comes out so sloppy. Third time going to this location, won’t be trying again. It’s close to my work but definitely not worth going anymore when something is always wrong. This last visit, my quesadilla was folded in half and put in a small wrapper, which created a crazy mess. My chalupa shell was over toasted and turned rock hard. And my cheesy Gordita crunch was also wrong. If you don’t mind your order being wrong every time than by all means go to this location.
