The upside of the building is clean, the staff is professional on the mic and somewhat at the window. They seemed to be confused with what I ordered when I was the only car in the drive thru. They asked me what I ordered and took longer than usual. Other than that, the place is great. The food looks great, slushy was filled to the top . I appreciate it Taco Bell!

This place always gets my order right every time and the person talking through the drive-thru doesn’t sound like they’re 10 minutes away from offing themselves (which I get quite often from other taco bells) so I get the impression they’re treated somewhat decent.

I went to 3842 s Emerson Ave indpls in location. Found what I though was blood in my pouch that was holding my nacho chips. Called the store and asked the manager if someone in the store had a cut finger or something and told her what I found. She said no one here has a cut and what do you want me to do about it. Told her I didn’t want anyone else to get bloody contaminated food. She said they won’t and hung up on me….

If you enjoy regularly missing half your orders. Soupy refried beans that clearly had water added to scrape the bottom of the pans instead of them making more. Or a literal teaspoon of ground beef to a solid 1 cup of rice in a beefy layer burrito… Then this is the place for you! It started out a great location and has rapidly declined!
