Taco Bell was once a place to get good food at a fair price. Now portions are small and rather than including a reasonable amount of meat, have a variety of other stuff in its place. Virtually every menue item has less meat. Prices are up and meat is down. Replacing meat with rice, or potato may taste alright, but the nutrition profile is completely different. The consistency of what you get varies widely from restaurant to restaurant too. The photos of menu items do not show the item you will get. Compare the taco pictured here with the menu picture. If you are relatively new to Taco Bell, perhaps it is great for you. But having been a customer since Taco Bell started, it is quite disappointing.

Okay first of all I gave this three stars for a reason and it’s best to understand the reason. If you go there during the day for the time it opens till 5:00 you will get extremely good service and there is a manager there named Morgan she does extremely well and she’s very helpful. I have to be careful about getting raw onions on anything because i’m allergic to them she makes sure this does not happen. The food is prepared very professionally and they’re very courteous. If you go there after 5:00 and I do not recommend going there after 5:00 the food is locked together the people don’t care they’re very rude and very unprofessional I ended up with onions and some of my food which I specifically said not to include and that I was allergic to them. The girl just kept screaming I got you I got you. It’s a horribly ran operation I’ve been told this restaurant has 10 managers and that seems to be possibly part of the problem not enough Indians too many people in charge maybe I don’t know but I will say this you don’t want to go there at night and get any food are they shorted me on the order and no one ever said hey I’m sorry when I called the complaint nor did anybody offer to replace the the order. Again I would go to one of the other restaurants after 5:00 and if you’re going there go before then. If you have problems you can ask for Ethan the general manager or their district manager’s name is Cortney.

I have been to five taco bell locations to find the best encheritos. They were not how I remember them. Not enough meat mostly beans. I had to order extra meat and onions and easy beans. Still not right. I finally got ingredients and made my own at home.

We stopped by on the way to Kankakee, IL. No inside dining was allowed due to understaffing. The manager did come out and say we could use the online app to order, and he would walk it out. The food was hot and tasty and hopefully they will find some people who need a job.

It’s been a month since I’ve been here and I went to go to the drive-thru tonight at 1:20am, the lights on the inside of the building were on but the outside lights were all off including the main sign and the Drive-Thru which is very unwelcoming. It’s really a shame that this is the only fast food restaurant we have open besides McDonald’s in our town! This is the third time I’ve edited this review and the service and the food just has not improved here!

Absolutely pathetic service and food quality. I got five tacos that came to nearly seven dollars. The shells were somewhat stale….but worse was that they were barely filled with anything. I’m not sure how Taco Bell keeps business….when they’re food portions are pathetically Ethiopian. There competition like Dell Taco, TacoCasa (Texas) give you full to the top edge tacos.. This is why I only eat Taco Bell a couple times a year

This Taco Bell is one of the few around that still has chili cheese burritos. If it wasn’t for that I would not go to this Taco Bell ever the inside is very rarely open and I drive a box truck so I can’t go through the drive-through I just sat in their lobby for five minutes and had every single person working in there look at me, and not one of them acknowledge me at the counter So I left. I can’t order the chili cheese burritos on the little kiosk because they’re not on there, so I have to physically talk to someone I know nowadays that’s crazy but people should actually do their job
