Worst ever drive thru experience ever! Twenty minutes in line after placing order of 2 tacos and 1 burrito. Gave window guy my credit card and asked for a receipt. Answer was “we don’t have any receipts. Asked for how much was my order? Answer “I don’t know “ waited another 5 minutes and given my sack. Checked and verified that there were 3 items in the bag. Drove off so as to not hold up the line. Got home only to find the 3 items were not correct. No point to drive back and complain. Total failure on visit.

Someone working in this Taco Bell stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. DO NOT HAND ANYONE IN THIS PLACE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! One of the few places I have not switched to app ordering as I do not eat here often so was easily traced as the place this happened.

One of the worst Taco Bells that I’ve been to in many many years. They are closed at the most random times. Whether that be lunch or breakfast. The amount of times that I’ve gone to order online and my order gets cancelled or go through the drive thru and turns out there closed at again the times when majority of establishments are open is a absurd to me. At this point they should just be permanently closed. Highly don’t recommend going to this Taco Bell. Many others near this area that are 100 times better and are actually open.

My last 2 orders at my local bell were incorrect. The first mobile order never arrived at the restaurant and even showing the receipt to the staff they would not fulfill my order. I tried to get resolution in the app and have never heard a response. My experience today was my order was for three burritos and I received two tacos instead. (someone was still hungry). We discovered the mistake after our arrival at home.

We came to the store and door was locked made to do drive thru then I ordered a box and 2 additional chicken chalupas. They was out of boxes and threw everything in the bag. They gave us the items that came in the box and a additional beef chulpa. No chicken chulpas. I paid for an additional chicken chalupa and didnt get me the one I had originally paid for and when told they became very argumentative and insisted it was correct even after we took everything out and opened it up. I got a refund for the chicken Chulpa I added and left.

Always come here and get a large drink with my meals. Was told that it defaults to medium and I can’t upgrade to a large. Lazy workers decrease profits. Get rid of Breann D. and properly train your staff and ensure a positive atmosphere.

Im not going into detail. Waited 20 minutes To get my food it was supposed to be done at 1:30. They acted like they weren’t gonna give me a drink they were out of ice. Forgot my sauce packets my food was cold. Requested to get my money back they will never get my service again.
