I have been wanting Taco Bell for weeks but hate the wait. Well I was surprised how much this location changed. I got my food fast, fresh and hot. The manager on duty was Caleb. He made sure his staff was friendly because they had no choice but display the amazing customer service he gave. His friendly smile and service will definitely bring me back. Don’t eat here or at any Taco Bell unless you want to be doubled over in pain. Ordered off of DoorDash and it told me it was this location, I ordered a variety box and burrito the burrito only had a few pieces of beef mainly rice so ending up throwing it in the trash. They didn’t put the sauces in the bag as ordered and the food got me very very sick it started off with indigestion didn’t think much of it until it got worse. Until I realized I have food poisoning idk what item it was that got me sick but Wednesday night going into Thursday was the worse I had bad chills and shaking spells. As for me I didn’t know it was food poisoning because I never had it but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone I wish I can go back to Wednesday and reverse that whole entire order cause I’ve been sick since then please don’t order from here or any Taco Bell for that matter let them go out of business cause this is utterly ridiculous every time I give Taco Bell a chance it’s always a disappointment well I know this time it’s the last chance it will ever get don’t waste your money or time and go to a actual authentic Mexican restaurant for tacos who will make it way better than this dog food there serving.

Please just turn off the options for the chalupas if you don’t have them. Everytime I order after 11pm, they never have chalupas when I already ordered and drove up. They always leave it on in doordash and in the app. I’ve had to cancel order even after driving up just because they couldn’t turn off an option.

Went and ordered a burrito, the young lady goes “is that it” I said no. Ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos, “anything else” yes I replied. I added another burrito. “OK ma’am is that it” you need to retrain your night shift on how to speak to customers. I canceled my order and went elsewhere where my money felt appreciated.

Went there 2 days ago and sat at drive thru for 5+ minutes after the last car left the pickup window! Was told they needed a minute. Figuring 5 minutes was fair and getting impatient I said “I’d like to order”, only to be told to calm down and feel free to go somewhere else. So I did, wasting 10 minutes in drive thru and still craving A Doritos taco. When I drove around the restaurant, it was Empty!! Losers!

Taco Bell tacos are already kinda sad. I don’t know why I even bother, but every once in a while I give it a go. The last two times I’ve come to this one I get the sadness soft tacos I’ve ever seen. Like half the amount that should be in a Taco Bell taco. It’s such a ripoff. But at least the young man at the drive through window was polite.

I feel like they purposely mess up orders. I have been to this location several times and every single time I have went or ordered through an app they have messed up my order. I will put no lettuce, the receipt will say no lettuce. I open the taco and it’s mostly lettuce. Or I’ll order a drink and it won’t have any ice. This location is a waste of your money. Especially since they cannot take the time to check to see if they can do less work by items not being wanted.

My experience at this Taco Bell was horrible. I went through the drive thru and pulled over in the parking lot to check my order to make sure it was right and my shells were broken all up, and the soft taco was thrown together, I went in so that they could remake my order, they remade my broken shells and when I left, one of my shells were still broken up, and the other one was breaking all apart, and something was floating around in my drink. I’m disgusted by all of that, they really need to get it together, I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere and I won’t be returning at all.
