My family and I came through the drive thru and ordered 39.10 worth of food. One of the new promotions we ordered was not in the bag. Prior to me pulling off I asked the gentleman was this my complete order and he advised me it was I pulled over to double check my order. The promotion taco was missing out of the bag so my son went and and told the manager Gabby that we were missing the taco she asked for the receipt and my son advised her there wasn’t one given to us. She asked to see the bag of food and I went in at this point to speak with the manager. I advised her what we ordered and what was missing out of the bag. She opened all of our food up and touched it with her hands she even counted the cinnamon rolls to make sure none was eaten. At this time I asked her for a full refund and asked for the store manager number she told me that I was rude and told me that there was not a district manager of the store. I found out by another manger that in fact they do have a district manager and a coach at this taco bell. Taco Bell doesn’t ask for the food back due to COVID and I will never eat some food that you opened up and touched with your bare hands that we paid for I am glad that my son recorded this incident and I will never eat at this establishment again.

My wife works late at night and stops by Taco Bell on her way back home to grab some late night food. Often there’s a worker there who flirts with her, which is typically fine, except this time he kept persisting to get her number, even after she showed him her ring, and repeated time and time again that she was married. This person persisted to try and give his number or to get her number, and made very unprofessional remarks toward a woman who stated that they were married and not interested . He basically refused to give her the food without getting her number or giving her his, so he gave her his on the receipt. It is now to the point to where my wife feels as though she needs to completely avoid even getting any food at the Taco Bell do this incident

Place was clean. All employees were busy making orders so I helped myself by using the kiosk. They made my food, everything was correct and delicious. I got a $5 box which was a good deal. 1 taco Supreme, drink and burrito Supreme. I’ll definitely go back to this location.

The food itself has been consistently good, but no matter what I get to drink it always tastes watered down and musty. It’s really gross. I wouldn’t order one but they come with my combos. Seems the soda machines are in need of an inspection and cleaning.

For a quick, inexpensive, fast food breakfast, you can’t beat this! Started out waiting in line across street & then remembered hearing Taco Bell has breakfast now! Got out of long wait line, ran across strret, grabbed nyself & another breakfast for $5.01. My order taker. London & Christian, my server, were awesome. Went back today for me only spending $2.77! You can’t beat that! Again, order taker & server were great! Thank you Taco Bell! We appreciate ypu serving our community.

Every time we order something as a side, like extra cheese or jalapenos, they dont mention that they’re out or extremely low. 3 jalapenos last time, this time enough cheese in two cups to be considered maybe 3/4 of 1 cup. They lean the cheese sideways to make it look decently full.. Ridiculous man, the store was empty and 3 ppl working. What’s the issue? Isn’t it supposed to be all about the customer?
