We’ve been going to this location since it opened. It was great at first but as time has gone on, the quality of the service and food has declined. We typically order a few tacos without cheese or lettuce for our son who is a picky eater (he prefers to add his own toppings at home). Usually they still give us the regular amount of beef on the tacos but it seems like there’s less and less every time. I honestly don’t understand how they think the attached picture is even acceptable. Between that and the other issues we have with our order almost every time we visit, we are definitely done with this location.

So I ordered the Volcano Combo. I order 2 boxes and what did I get.. A nasty burrito that was cold with no sauce and the rice was not fully cooked it felt like. Was completely incorrect. Even with the taco. The bottom was soggy and it got stuck to the container and tore the bottom of the taco out. Though it tastes a hell lot better then the burrito. If I knew I was going to get this awful experience I would of just requested 2 of the Volcano tacos and no burritos. Big disappointment from this restaurant.

I ordered an dorito loco supreme and that’s what I received. After going in to get a replacement. I noticed my cheesy roll up needed to be replaced as well. So had to go in a second time. To be told what now? And come on man. Safe to say won’t be back.

Usually my food is alright, but they completely ignored the NO LETTUCE and NO FIESTA STRIPS on multiple boxes. My fiancé talked to someone and they said they’d make it right whenever we come back. We came back after a month, and they claimed it basically didn’t happen. I showed her my text and email that she wanted to see. She then gets another manager. I was confused because I had to “show receipts” and then she got new manager and said i needed to contact support. The first girl I talked to claimed to be a manager, but she fooled the hell out of us especially when needing backup from a new manager at this store. It didn’t make sense because I didn’t ask for my money back, we called the same day it was messed up, and I just wanted 3 boxes out of the 5 fixed. Also, some employee said to call the cops? Call the cops because I asked to have a remake? Completely unprofessional but they think that giving me a $5 box fixes it all when my box was $8.99×3 that they messed up.

I feel the need to shout out this one Lady she was awesome!!! I can in a placed a VERY complicated order. I witnessed this lady make my WHOLE order by her self! She got everything correct!! Even wrote on everything to let me know which was which! I wish I would have gotten her name but she was a African American Woman working front take out orders. Thank you for getting my whole order correct and being so sweet and polite! I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell!!!

I tried giving this particular taco bell chance after chance before leaving this review but at this point I felt the need to just let others know. The service here is pretty bad, it’s like their employees don’t care yet still want raises all the time. They forget the littlest things such as sauce, cheese, straws, napkins… Why ask what kinda sauce do I want if it’s never gonna be thrown in with my order? Then I gotta get out of my vehicle run in and get what they forgot. It defeats the whole purpose of going in the drive thru. The food itself has gotten pretty bad too, from stale shells/tortillas to destroyed shells packed with little to no meat and stuffed with tomatoes/lettuce. I don’t see why people would pay for such fast food service. This is sad because I know taco bell can do better than this, and so can their crew!

I am highly disappointed in this Taco Bell. They mess up my order every time I have gone here. Last time I came to this Taco Bell I found part of a straw in my burrito. This time I ordered a bean burrito and that is definitely not what I got. Every time I go to this Taco Bell I specify that I am a vegetarian due to religious reasons please make sure there is no meat in my food and despite my emphasis they still gave me what I didn’t order and with meat in it which is highly disrespectful. When I called the Taco Bell (twice) to tell them about the issue they didn’t answer the phone. I’m extremely upset with this visit. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.

Food is good as usual. I liked that they had several plugs to plug into if needed. They also had one hook for every chair at the high top. 2 picnic tables to eat outside on nice days. 2 machines if you woukd like to order your own food.

This location is one of my favorite Taco Bell location. Every time here I get best service and food however, today I order my food without beef but I got beef in my nacho cheese Doritos and in my craving box. Even I try to call them didn’t responded. My restaurant order number was 936296.
