Tried the new grilled cheese beef Taco, what a rip off for the price! The Taco it’s self was surprisingly good, but it was as flat as a pancake, probably about a teaspoon of beef! Another false advertisement where in the commercial everyone is eating this large Taco that looks stuffed with beef!

I waited 8 mins before greeted in dt. Then after every item, “is that it?” I actually heard the man sighing. One person doesn’t matter but myself nor anyone I know will go to another one. I was a manager for 4 years. This is not how you run a store. Parked to eat and the food was halfway cold. No cheese cups and the staff is not polite.

I’ve had good experiences here so my review reflects that as well. However today I sat in the drive-through during posted open hours and no one took my order. After waiting a couple minutes and saying hello numerous times I pulled around, and could see people within the building. I’m not sure if they were not open, or the staff was just not wanting to take orders.

It was my 1st time going to this Taco Bell. Considering the drive-through Worker was the only one there and had To take out order, make the food, Bring it outside to us, and still keep the line going , it was great service. And he did a phenomenal job.

Drive thru could be a lot nicer. Everytime I order more than 2 items I get attitude. And then get called “dude”. Woman who has half the shifts at the intercom constantly tries to end the order before I’m done ordering. Just, come on. 9/10 times I’m ordering for a family, why am I getting attitude when I order more than 2 or 3 items?
