Everything was old, hard and almost cold. Burrito supreme missing sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce. Power bowl asked for no quac, had quac, missing sour cream and tomatoes. Quesadilla barely filled and not cut.

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Placed a mobile order for pickup at the window. Waited in line for a total of 40 minutes. Told the drive thru my name for the mobile order and was told to drive up to the window. Upon reaching the window the worker told me that I did not tell them my order name at the speaker and that I’ll have to get back in line and wait for my order. The line was already very backed up so I obviously didn’t do that. I don’t appreciate being told I lied when clearly the workers are lying about not having my order ready.

Very frustrating customer service experience. The main reason for the frustration comes as soon as you walk in, employees refuse to help you and direct you toward a kiosk as the only way to place your order. We have a large family and the process of entering everything in took about 15 minutes. The food that we received was not bad as far as Taco Bell’s are concerned. We had to ask for our drinks once they called us to pick up our food. The main issue we have is Taco Bell is now charging right around $10 per meal and will not offer adequate customer service to even take our order. This needs to change.
