We gave them a 7 dollar tip and they proceeded to forget 3 of our items. We then called and they told us if we pulled up to the door we could receive the items faster so we didn’t have to wait in line. We didn’t receive the food for any there 20 minutes so I called again and they told us we had to wait in the drive through again. We waited for an additional 30 minutes in the drive though. Honestly terrible costumer service, especially since they made the mistake, and considering we generously tipped the workers.

Well looks like I’ll never order from here again. I placed an order through drive thru and specified to not ad a couple things because of a food allergy and once again it was ignored and I wasted money. Food allergies aren’t anything to mess around with and someone’s either gonna end up in the hospital or worse. It’s sad I used to love this Taco Bell but it seems no one cares anymore.

Me and my wife went to this Taco Bell at 930 p.m. the cashier was rude as all get out! My wife told her she didn’t want the crunchy taco she only wanted the crunch wrap which was wrong she ordered 2 supreme burritos and got 5 bean instead! The Baja blast machine was out of the stuff that goes in it the sauce cubby’s where empty when my wife asked if she could get a couple more sauce packs as she got ONE she was told no, very bad customer service! Will be calling corporate tomorrow

Completely rude , no customer service at all. Drive thru twice to get a unsweetened tea, both times I received sweet tea, I tried to explain to them that someone must of mixed up the tea & they were not interested in what I had to say. They were out of everything.

Came here because nothing else is open right now. They are still supposed to be open for another hour and a 1/2 but I have been sitting here waiting to take my order for about 10 to 15 minutes now. Watch them help another customer but they are currently ignoring me no matter how many times I say hello. By the way I can see them in there.

I would give 5 stars, but constantly out of stock and never gets the right order. I have asked for a REGULAR taco. Instead they give me a Supreme. Always out of freezes. Come on people, it isn’t that hard to make a regular taco! Overall, the food is good, but needs to get orders correct.
