The fried items are consistently terrible for me. District or regional need to secret shop and taste this. I cannot believe how long it has been happening. It is nice to have a Taco Bell on the southside, but not if I can’t go there due to poor food quality. Please fix this.

I don’t want to hate on the taco bell on 27 because I don’t want it to go away. If you use the app, you can get through the line. It’s your regular corporate food place. It could be worse. The space is clean. Definitely busy during rush hour

Food is fine (its taco bell). Two star rating b/c this fanchise consistently asks drive-through patrons to pull into the parking lot while waiting for food, regardless of how busy they actually are. Heads up that your wait can’t be estimated from the number of vehicles in the drive-through.

The people working were not polite at all. Had to wait forever in the parking lot, got our order wrong, just a disaster. Workers were walking and their body laughing showing they did not care about the quality service I usually receive from Taco Bell.

This was supposed to be extra cheese and sour cream. I paid $1.10 more for the extra and this is what came out. SMH Not to mention the cashier said absolutely NOTHING during the transaction, didn’t repeat the cost of the meal, didn’t say “thank you” at the end…customer service EVERYWHERE is at an all time low! They did offer to replace it, but it should have been prepared correctly to begin with. Wasting resources unnecessarily. Corporate, do better. Train your people, please!!!

Went to drive thru at noon and easily got through. Very nice lady at the drive thru! I ordered chicken quesadilla combo and Mexican pizza combo. I was asked to pull around to front for my order but only waited 3-4 minutes to receive it. The food was hot and tasty
