Got the wrong sauce (online order and I put mild but got only hot) my cinnamon twists were dumped all in the bag (didn’t even get that many either). Also got cheesy potatoes but no fork. Line took forever to get through and the drive-thru lady was disrespectful.

There were only 3 employees. They did the best they could. But they were not happy! Because of the shortage of staff the food just wasn’t very good. Cold hard fries and the 3 crunch wrap supremes we ordered all had a soft hard shell inside.

This store has to be the most poorly trained store in town ordered a deluxe cravings box and they could not comprhend at the window why i asked the total again they tried to tell me i order something completly diffrent. Even when i tried explaing exactly what i ordered the young girl working the window she went and got two other employes who wanted to argue that i didnt know what i was ordering even after explaining and getting told that it was my fault they didnt ring up the correct item they dont have such an item i offered to just take what they made instead i think she was a manager slammed the window shut so i left with out anything. Went to another location got exacly what i ordered funny they had it on there menu and comprehended exactly what i ordered the first time.
