Food was hot and came out quick! I tried to go in the building but the door was locked so I went through the drive thru. I asked if they were opening because my passenger needed to use the bathroom. They said to go to the door and they would let us in. That was very nice of them.

Went to the drive through and was told that I needed to come order inside because some one was servicing the drink machine… What?! I should have just gone elsewhere. Very bizarre! Food was eh, but it’s Taco Bell, so I expected eh.

My boyfriend and I came in today and i’ve had bad experiences but not like this one. When we came in to order our food the guy was rudely took our order. We didn’t even get a number for the order, but there were people behind us so we didn’t ask. When we got our food, my boyfriends spicy chicken sandwich had hardly any sauce on it. He was disappointed because not only was it dry but he claimed it wasn’t very warm. Also, when he opened his mac n cheese it was dry. I got a taco box and the layout was very pretty but one of my hard tacos were completely crushed, so I didn’t eat it. The second taco was good but the last one was disappointing. The cheese on top was hard and greasy. The only way I could eat it was to pick off the cheese. We still ate our food because it was the first meal we had today. I get everyone has bad days, but throughout our stay there was cussing and disrespect from employee to employee. If there was a disagreement between employees it should have been handled privately, but there were us and another family with kids that heard it. I hope they figure out how to solve this issue because when people enter a fast food establishment they picked it for a reason. However, experiences like this will cause people to not come again.

Food was mediocre at best, the service here always sucks. The employee’s seem to care about their cell phones more then their jobs, and obviously have had no training on cross contamination. The lobby was filthy and floor was sticky.

So the employees at this location are normally friendly and the food is on point.. my only issue at this location is you can always tell when the general manager christy is taking orders, she’s EXTREMELY RUDE and it is an embarrassment to the company, if you hate your job leaving is an option, other than that this is my favorite place to eat
