Ordered a Mexican pizza & it was partially slid out of the box and in the bag, box was broken and smashed down, and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I went back through the drive thru and they made a new one, but it was too sloppy to eat. I ordered a beef chalupa Supreme, no tomato. I got a double decker taco with some type of weird sour cream type sauce. I also ordered 6 cheese roll ups. None of them had the cheese melted. They literally put the cheese in, rolled it up, wrapped it, and threw it in the bag. There were no cars behind me, so being in a rush wasn’t an issue.

Stopped after work for 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Not only are they 3 dollars a piece here instead of 1 dollar like every other store I sat in an empty drive thru for 15 minutes waiting. Food was bad, service was bad, price was bad. All around a horrendous experience

Sign says it is KFC/Taco Bell, but is actually just a KFC. No Taco Bell items available. The chicken sandwiches were good, but the buffalo-style wings were still cold and red/raw in the middle. Understaffed and undersupplied and no willing attitude of service.

Order a cravings box with all tacos plain. Got my hard shell, plain, ate it, missing my chalupa, and my burrito wasn’t plain when I repeatedly said only meat and cheese on everything. I went back in to get my chalupa cause it was missing and a woman asked what I wanted on it, I said plain and beef as the meat. I then wait close to 10 minutes for the chalupa to get it and then it’s not even plain. So I had to go back in and get another. They got 1/3 items correct. Not to mention the chips were soggy and terrible. Will never be eating here again. Terribly ran.

Slowest drive thru ever! 4 cars in front of me when I first pulled up and I waited 19 min before I placed my order and 4 min to get my food. Apparently they are short help. Don’t eat there unless you have all the time in the world.

When we drove up we were the only people in the drive through. No customers inside. Thought we’d get our food fast. We Were wrong. Have a simple order that took them ten minutes to understand and process, repeated it so there was no mistake. Took them twenty minutes to make four chicken wraps and a potato bowl. And to to it if when we got home we discovered they have us the wrong kind of wraps. Save your money wait for the people there to be replaced with machines
