Food is absolutely average. Service is terrible. Mainly due to constant new employees making alot of mistake. I know hard to find good help these days. I guess I should put more of the blame on new employees and not the owner operator.

1st – it’s Taco Bell. I didn’t pay for a $20 enchilada so I didn’t expect one. Food was good and affordable. No mistakes on the order, guacamole was still partly frozen but with that being the worst of my issues, I have no complaints.

I ordered 2 spicy POTATO soft tacos. I got one shredded chicken taco and whatever the hell this is . not to mention nothing was actually in the taco shell it was all in the paper the taco came in . I even had to wait another 5 mins at the window for my chicken quesadilla because it wasn’t in the bag .

Our family usually has a decent experience here. Now as far as their nightshift……. I usually DoorDash at night and they handle their business, I’ll give them that! There’s times where they act a bit cocky and full of themselves but they do what they need to do!

The food was good. Employees called me the wrong name. I corrected them because I wanted to make sure I was getting my food. They kept laughing and saying my name over and over. I was eating in dining room. At one point 3- 4 of them all ran into the bathroom(single toilet restroom) together. It was just loud. Weird because they were talking loudly about why one girl had to change her pants. Not sure I will go back. Oh, no cashiers. Kiosks. I hate that.

The dining room was closed and the app was not working. The manager said that she couldn’t discount the item that was supposed to be free. Poor service. I will not return to this restaurant.
