The last 3 times I’ve ordered soft taco supremes without lettuce. Each time I ask if they have tomato’s and if they will be on a soft taco supreme and each time I’ve been told yes. Each time all they have is beef, sour cream, and cheese. It sounds like your workers need to learn how to make the food correctly. I’ve also asked for hot sauce only to get home and have none.

Ordered almost $70 worth of supreme tacos for family members and a couple vegetarian items (quesarito & black bean chalupa). All tacos were flat and barely had any toppings and they were out of lettuce they said. Tried to get a refund right away and couldn’t because I ordered through the app. App customer service never reached out; a few days later I decided to call the hotline and waited 15 minutes for a customer service rep. She offered me $20 in coupons and then played stupid about me wanting a refund when I refused and told them to just forget it and keep their coupons. Im not the Karen type, nor do I have high standards for fast food, but this was plain out laziness—it’s already bad enough the food is overpriced. Some people are tired of throwing their hard earned money away.

They’re always getting my burrito wrong multiple times and I ordered a crunch wrap and I got barely anything on it. Flattest crunchwrap ever. They only put tomatoes on half of it.
