We went through the drive through, and although the service was quick despite having several cars in line we were disappointed with our food. My husbands chalupa was unwrapped and upside down in the bag so all of the toppings fell out. The order of nacho fries I had were very cold, and spilled out all over the bottom of the bag with the container just laying off to the side. And despite my tacos being wrapped and sitting up right, two of them had shells that were so broken they could not be picked up to eat. Over all not a great experience, we will drive out of our way next time to go to State Street or even Corydon the next time.

Not very friendly when I went in the door was unlocked and I was rushed out the door with them saying we are closed when there was bout 8 cars in drive through. As I. Got in my car she ran over and locked the door smiling I will not be back to be treated so rude. I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell to my worst enemy

I understand that there is a shortage of employees right now. However, I ordered 2 burrito supremes and 2 crunchy tacos. When I got home, both burritos had beans and I took a picture of the inside of the taco…. Pretty pathetic! There was only 1 car in front of me.

Was treated rude and aggressive, ask to speak to manager and apparently the crew didn’t seem to know who was in charge. Ask for general manager info and’ ” manager Jessy” stated she didn’t know who the general manager was nor the store number and wasn’t aware if this Floyd knobs location was corporate or franchise. Very disappointed in the staff and cleanliness of this location
