this is one place I know I can sit down and have the meal come exactly how I ordered it. I have a weekly relationship with this spot.the staff is friendly and very helpful. the Mexican Pizza is my favorite but the Chicken Chalupa is pretty good too . And if your lucky enough you might just catch Jeff working ,he is the general manager there. He makes sure what you get is right and if isn’t, he will fix it. He is definitely a shining star at this location ✨️. So if you are trying to figure our where to go for a bite to eat. Stop at Taco bell on top of the hill off State st. You definitely won’t regret it.

My girlfriend and I went through there to get a late night snack. I ordered a #6 and I got a quesadilla. I took it back through the drive through, and they took my food. They came back 2 or 3 times to ask me what I ordered. They told me if I wanted what I ordered I would have to come back the next day to see the manager so I just wasted $15. Very rude and unprofessional.

After we ordered and paid, we were asked to pull around and our food would be brought out. The girl at the drive thru was amazing, and it looked like she was doing her job along with many other tasks. She was nice, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Although there were a lot of employees, 4 of them came out and were chasing each other around the parking lot. When they finally went back inside, they went directly behind the counter and started preparing food. No hand washing. My rating is 5 stars because of the person at the drive thru. Of all the people inside working, she was also the one who brought our food outside to us.

Without going into much detail, I have been working on call, and my wife is pregnant. I got off work and she wanted Tacos I ordered online as it was only about an hour and half before they closed. I ordered a taco 12 pack and cinnamon twists. When I get to the drive through they give me two tacos and an order of cinnamon twist. The lady would not be reasoned with, she showed me my receipt said soft taco twice and cinnamon twist, even though the receipt showed party pack as well. She told me to come back the next day. I am working on-call. I have no schedule so I immediately got called back into work. I called the manager, who said the employee did what she was told to do. But if I came in he would make the tacos for me as long as I showed him the receipt. This place is 40 minutes from my house, so it’s not nearly worth my time or gas to go get them made. No offer of refund or working with the customer. I will not go back or recommend this location to anyone, or even taco bell at this point. Long story short I spent 30ish dollars for two tacos and a cinnamon twist order. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

It’s crazy that you order chips and cheese and they either ALWAYS forget the cheese or you get a cheese cup with BARELY anything in it SMH…. That’s just pure laziness for real! If you go through the drive thru I STRONGLY recommend that you pull over in the parking lot and thoroughly check your bag to make sure everything is there and made correctly or you will more than likely be disappointed when you get home to find items missing under/over cooked or incomplete!!! The only reason that they get two stars instead of just one is because the employees are pretty friendly

Disappointed!! Nacho Belle Grande chips were old, stale and had a HORRIBLE flavor. Could not eat it. Of course it was take out, we called ,explained. We did get an apology.

I never got my order I payed for. I went through the drive through and they told me to pull around. I did this and after waiting twenty minutes asked the employee running food out about my order and he walked off. All the cars around me came and went and I waited until 50 minutes from when I went though the drive through with no food 🙁 I asked the man running food out and he went inside and never got back to me. I tried to call to explain my situation, no answer, I tried to go inside, lobby was closed. I waited outside the door and no one would help me. Staff was not helpful and I never got my food that I ordered despite being super patient and friendly and waiting 50 minutes for an order. I saw many cars come through after I had gone through and they would only wait up to ten minutes. Fifty minutes with no help is absurd and I was very disappointed in my visit 🙁 I had always had good experiences at this restaurant and it makes me sad to leave a bad review.

Just spent $20 on food.. the two girls at the window gave me someone else’s order, so I told them I got the wrong order, they took my bag back through the window and said to come back tomorrow to get your food??????????? So I just donated $20 to Taco Bell and now me and my wife have no dinner?
