Always getting only half of what I order at this location and what I do get is messed up 98% of the time literally, like it’s either completely wrong or just thrown together like a hot mess and don’t try to ask for extra sour cream or extra anything on your food you will be lucky if you get any at all. Most of the employees act like they don’t want to even be there a good 85% of the time. I get it it’s fast food and you would rather be doing anything but, however, it is what you chose as your job for the time being at least so at least do it friendly with a smile and your face and make it correct

*Christian* is the deal. Stopped by with my little trolley bus. Had a friendly chat with Christian, who got my order perfect and also helped me out with directions to my hotel. Food was good. Was going to do employee review off receipt, but I lost it. Friendly atmosphere with plenty of parking. Very fast.

Amazingly, this location has found a way to make fast food even more unimpressive. I don’t know if it’s just laziness or denseness. But when I order two items, get three, and the drive thru is empty save myself. I HAVE to assume the latter.

Who charges 2 dollars for a cup of water? On top of that the food was very cold and dry. We got chips and cheese and the container of cheese was less than half way filled. The customers are extremely rude and the floors are really dirty

We stopped here around lunchtime on black Friday so it was kind of busy but not packed. However, the food took a while in the drive through line. The workers were very courteous and apologetic about how long it took. However, the tomatoes on my wife’s tostada were only halfway thawed out from being frozen. I would guess the time and food would be better under normal conditions.

This place is a hot mess with getting orders correct but they sure did hold it together the night I was there. They must have had a line a mile long with remakes of messed up orders and once guest demanding a refund for waiting to long and I’m pretty sure the cashier was in tears but they were all trying so hard and keeping a smile regardless so they get 5 stars.
