They do not take orders, you must order at kiosk. Man came in and was upset…said no one taking order at drive up. Another man came in waited to be waited on and was still standing there when i left. They called my name to pick up order and shoved a bag at me with no cup, had to ask for a cup, and I said dine-in on kiosk, so I should have had a tray instead of a bag. Was NOT impressed with TACO BELL!!!

Food was made right but most importantly… Kora (cashier at window) was exceptional!!! And I definitely never say that. Extremely polite, caring, and in great mood with smile on her face. Not something you see much anymore and especially on a late night shift!! Star employee that needs to be commended for the extra effort and service she provides!! Thank you for showing me that proper service with a smile and pride in one’s work ethic is still around….. just rarely seen!!

The Mexican pizza tasted like rancid oil. They said that was the only oil they had and couldn’t make a fresh one. They exchanged it for 2 tacos and didn’t offer to refund the price difference. While we were eating, an employee came in from the Robinson Taco Bell and told the workers he was there to drop off food from their store that was hit by a tornado. I don’t know how long they were without power, but they also transported the food with no refrigeration or ice. We watched them unload several cases of sour cream and other items from the back seat and trunk of the vehicle.

Really disappointed in the service. Employees no longer take orders. Orders are only taken through the kiosk. Order would not go through on the kiosk. It was a difficult and unpleasant experience.
