Bought a Box Meal from the app. This was the second purchase in 3 weeks. In this order I bought a Crunch Wrap, a 5-Layer Burrito, a Cheesey Potatoes, and a drink. When I picked up the order, there was no drink. When I got home, the potatoes were all overcooked and hard. I didn’t finish the sandwiches because they were mostly wraps and shells. Back inside the restaurant, the lighting was too dark, and the music was obviously a favorite of the workers, not the customers. I will uninstall the app, and not go to Taco Bell again. There are subsequent reasons for this decision, but they pertain to previous visits to this restaurant.

Taste was good and I know this is a business but they could put some meat on the crunchwrap supreme. I shouldn’t have to look for the meat..skimping on meat is not gonna get you return customers people love meat..very disappointing…

When we got there it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come up and take our order at the counter. When we went to order they said they were out of chicken, and black beans. We didn’t think much about it until we got to the drink fountain and found that they were out of syrup on all of their pops, then when we got home and sat down to eat all of our food it had random pieces of lettuce that was just thrown in all of the meals that we didn’t ask for. And the entire place was dirty and disgusting.

Even if you go in they will still make your order wrong the only good thing is that the manager did make it right but it seems like his employees that did not care one bit we ended up having to take it order back several times and they messed the order of every time until he agreed to make it order.
