Ordering my food on the app, I sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I then pulled around to the front and the front door was locked. All the lights were on, but there was no one inside the building so they’re open until 1 AM but there’s no one working at 10pm.

It’s one of the newer buildings on hall road in the same building plex as pizza hut and tropical smoothie. They are open early for breakfast. Staff was super friendly and the food came out quick and fresh. Was delicious and will be back whenever I am in the area.

Says it closes at 2am but the workers are too lazy so they just stop taking orders at 1 and sit around for the last hour. I keep having to contact doordash support because of them and will be calling corporate to report it. Will provide updates

By far the best tasting Taco Bell in the area, the staff is always kind and friendly. Even will make small talk at the drive thru window (rather than shutting it every chance they get) while they wait for my food to be done.

We had to take our food back. It tasted horrible. Also I had to insist on having my money back and they gave me a hard time about it. Do not go to this taco bell. Very unprofessional staff and food is not made well.

Just had a horrible meal. They had to substitute food cause equipment was broken. The food I got seemed to be from days ago. It unfortunate that I spent over $10 for a meal that was nasty.

this location has a manager named alex that enjoys going to other taco bell locations in the area to doordash and mess with the employees, calling them names and ext. his “girlfriend” frog looking beast (i like call her) threw a cup of ice at the window two different times in one night at the location i work for. she also was an employee but got fired due to her bad attitude, makes sense in my opinion. how are you going to treat someone doing the same job as you with disrespect ? i’m excited to see what corporate is going to do with this. i will also contact their gm. you have to know who you mess with before you mess w them.
