I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this place is absolutely horrendous. I went to get my soda from the soda fountain, and when I look in the cup it was full of black specs (aka mold!!!!) . I understand mishaps so I just went to the counter to ask for another cup, and when I told her what I found in my cup she didn’t even look at it or apologize in anyway. Just monotone “oh..I mean I can pour you another one” like I was the annoying one. I love Taco Bell but the food in this location was horrible. The chips and the tortillas were so stale and the pinto beans were liquified from all the excess sauce they plopped on. Food wasn’t even warm. Really frustrated and feel like I wasted money.

I prefer the taco bell in Plymouth. When I get the same thing here, it is mostly bread. When I want Taco Bell, I usually get the beefy melt burrito by itself because it’s huge. Here there are hardly any ingredients in it. Not sure why there’s such a big difference. The experience fluctuates from really good to neutral without a consistent basis as well. Don’t love it or hate it. I just know what to expect now.

So let’s check & mate . You were too busy ear hustling through the speaker where in the car talking to eachother to discuss who was ordering what . The gentleman originally taking the order was doing just fine , their was no issue . But apparently a individual felt it was necessary to interrupt him. You made us the probably automatically & how did you expect us to feel while a widow was shut on us & two cups full when we ask for sauce was given to us agreesivelt , seriously how did you not expect us to be offended . We get it anything to get us out of line but not understanding when u push first to make a problem when serious customers are about!!! Higher management is needed . Employees are one thing but including management not good at customer service

Awful service at this place, I just ordered the simplest order anyone can put at this place. A beef burrito only, nothing but beef. This is what they gave me…seriously? The girl at the counter sucks(Alexis), she was very rude and had an attitude because I only wanted my order as simple as beef and no cheese or no rice. We never have an issue at other taco bell. Makes sense that this place has awful rating. Stay away from this location. Drive the extra 2 miles to go to a different one.

Very dirty inside lobby. All the tables were dirty and sticky. Employees were on there phones. Definitely not coming back. Higher management needs to get on top of there staff. Food was cold and just a horrible experience.

We come here all the time around 9-10 pm. EVERYTIME they say their system “is down” two times this week they said that. We drive past the window and the computer they take orders on is literally on and fine. I’m sick of it if you don’t wanna work just say that.
