How dumb can a person be? Brian took my card and swiped it twice, paying for the person behind me. My meal was like 4$ and the person behind me had a 24$ meal. He then asked me if I just wanted to pay for their meal and not get my refund. Like I’m some kind of charity or something. He would have to work for 2 whole hours to pay for that meal. I had the manager come and give me my refund. She had a huge attitude like it’s my fault her employees aren’t trained in the most simple of tasks. Or that it’s my fault she works at Taco Bell. Brian seemed like he was under the influence, probably marijuana or pills.

Worst Taco Bell ever! I walked in ordered on the machine and wanted to pay at the counter right …. I wanted 15 minutes and no one would help me there cooking so I’m being patient I get it but when other people are getting there orders and leaving I get mad they said I have to tell them I want to pay but no one was coming to the counter worst service ever !!! Consistently messes up orders, cold food, sloppy made burritos. Don’t ask for sour cream on the side, you’ll just end up with no sour cream. Order 5 burritos and ask for fire sauce, they’ll give you 1 packet. Whatever crew that’s there at 6pm-8pm is not a good crew. Unfortunate

Our waitresse was good but she was very busy and couldn’t be very attentive. The salmon was a little overcooked, and my potato was replaced and still was overcooked. The last time we ate there everything was wonderful.

The only reason. It’s not a five is they close a bit early compared to other taco bells but the food is consistently very good and service is fast even when there busy its the go to taco bell when we want good fast hot food in a hurry or just craving a bell run.

Sadly can give only 1 star option , kiosk use is stupid. Full staff here but can’t take an order in person…. The drive through barely has any cars. So no good excuse for using a kiosk honestly. It’s like you’re working to make your order, so what’s the point of workers here? And lol they wouldn’t call out our name when the order was ready ♂️ just as sad as the ghetto area Taco Bell’s ♂️
