Usually, when I drive up to this location, they’re amazing! Today, however, I ordered delivery from the taco bell app and it took 45 minutes to get my food. My food was also cold and my watermelon berry freeze was only half full and melted. I don’t what happened, but it was the worst experience ever!!!

Food was nasty, waited 50 minutes for food for dry nasty hard chicken. Been in food service for a while, should never take that long especially when there isn’t much of a line outside. Asked for a cup and the girl rolled her eyes at me. Being there was chaotic and stressful. Constant bickering and yelling a fighting with a worker who came in late, and came at him like a tornado. I can’t even explain how rude the manager is at this store. We ordered a couple Taco Packs for a quick family get together. We had our 16 year old go pickup our mobile order, and the entire time she was complaining in front of him while making the order saying our family must be fat, etc.
