The burrito was awesome. I love the steak grilled cheese burrito. However, I am sad the double is not on the menu. The pop was out of syrup in one Pepsi, so it was not very good. The soft taco I recipient with my meal was very cold. It was so cold it was like the shell just came straight out of the fridge. No biggie, it happens they were very busy in the drive-thru. The problem was with the service. When I took the taco up to ask for a hot one, the first person who saw me looked upset that I was there. He told the other kid, and the other kid came over and kind of rolled his eyes at me. All I wanted was the hot frest food that I ordered. I know the driveway was busy, but hey, customers inside are equally important. I would like to add that this young man was not wearing his hat properly. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a hat on to keep hair out of people’s meals if he has it combed over the top of the visor. Please make him cover his hair.

The food was cold and stale. The tables and floor was dirty. The young man preparing food used his hat as a fashion statement with his hair all over the outside of it instead of under it and when my wife asked for fresh food nicely, She was given a rude attitude I’ve never seen in a Profesional establishment.

Don’t eat here if you need to avoid meat due to iron or anything else. Some people medically cannot have meat and this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten beef instead of the refried or black beans I ordered.

UPDATE: This is now the fourth time that we specifically requested vegetarian food, and we got beef in the food. Three of our items contained beef, and we CAN’T eat meat because we are vegetarian. Incredibly angry and disappointed. Will not be patronizing this business anymore.

Questionable because??? Did Taco Bell really raise their prices?? I was charged 11.49 for 2 regular beef burrito supreme. The January 2023 taco bell price menu shows 3.19 each online….and may I add….the burritos were flat as a soft taco. Sorry, but not at all what I am used to. Maybe they should get a lesson from Oregon, Ohio…now there is a taco bell!!!

Can’t even put sour cream and tomatoes on two supreme tacos. It was only 10:30pm. Not to mention they added extra cheese for no reason. Also they rounded up our order to $40 even though we said no to rounding up. Extremely disappointed everytime i order here. Definitely doesn’t deserve a star at all but 0 stars are not a thing.

To say the best experience would be an understatement. I decided to go through and get two nachos and cheese and a drink. When I got to the speak an amazing employee Bobby greeted us in the best possible way. Instantly put in a better mood. We then paid and we’re ready to leave when we notice a chip missing.
