Taco Bell always has a line-up, as one of the more popular fast food places in Berkley. Drivers politely squeeze into the expansive drive-thru lane that snakes its way out into the bike lanes at prime time, typically dinner. Be prepared for busy traffic situations!

I will never come back to this location again. I ordered $49 worth of food through the drive through and they said make sure everything is correct on the screen. Got to the window paid and no receipt because their printer was down and the staff was on their phones at the window! Got home and half my order was missing in my bag. Every time I go here and spend $20+ they always get it wrong!

I’ve been waiting in this line for the past 45 minutes all for them to tell me I can no longer receive my food and they can no longer serve me because everyone else just went on break and she’s the only one available because they’re short staffed. So upon going back a forth with this woman about my order I was told to leave. SEVERAL OTHER cars were turned away as well. This is uncalled for an THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a “Fast” food restaurant.

Used their online mobile ordering. Went in store to pick it up. They prioritized their drive through orders over any mobile orders. It took 45 minutes to get the food from the time I ordered, completely took up my lunch hour. They also forgot one of my tacos. As well, they got the drink order completely wrong – after I reminded them specifically for it.

TB is my go-to fast food stop and guilty pleasure lol. I’ve had good experiences and bad. Sometimes if I have a big family order they forget main food items or sides. A few times they’ve been out of beef or the system was down. Recently I’ve had more positive and quick experiences. I think they have newer and better staff now. I normally order on the app for the rewards!

Big time sad. Went to Taco bell for the first time in ages, and will not be going back. Firstly, they were out of many ingredients for most items, specifically ground beef. Figured it’s not the end of the world, so went ahead and ordered a few soft shell chicken tacos, and two gordita crunch with chicken as well. The soft shell tacos were cold to the touch. The chicken inside all felt like they were just pulled from the refrigerator. Nothing about any of those tacos indicated an ounce of care from the staff. The first sign should’ve been that they were out of ground beef, and tomatoes. I understand business’s can run out of things….but thats embarrassing. To top it off with uncooked overcharged food is astounding. 10/10 do not recommend the taco bell on Coolidge Highway

Ordered through the app. They said they never received my order. Even if they had, they wouldn’t have been able to make it. They were out of ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, tortillas, chalupas, and gorditas. They said they had chicken, black beans, steak, and flat bread. Why even be open at that point? This was 9 pm, not even late night.
