Been there 3 days this week… all 3 times they didn’t give me the correct items. 1 day missing alot of items, 2 day missing 1 item 3 extra items added, 3 day got my items but they added 2 other items. Their food cost has to be horrible I will say the staff seemed nice enough but I think alot are new. Be nice to them or no one will be there to make ur food!!!

I been going to this Taco Bell for about a year now && I can honestly say I never had one bad experience. Not even something so small. I been to some Taco Bell’s that just been so terrible && this one is probably the BEST one I been to my whole life. Literally can’t say one bad thing about this location.

I ordered a pickup, the order wasn’t fulfilled properly( was missing 2 items), and when I called that night, this woman said to call her before I pick it up. A few hours later, I called, this man picked up, (I think he said he was the manager), kept on trying to prove me wrong, was very unhelpful and rude, and said there was no woman who was working at that time.

Lots of people were standing in line to order off the kiosk. I actually got an associate to take my order over-the-counter. It didn’t take long for my order, but the food was not good at all. It was pretty bland and had no taste to it whatsoever. The lettuce was not fresh and had no crispness to it. I was highly disappointed in the food.
