This place should be shut down. Why am I paying $7 for something a dog wouldn’t even eat? The person taking the order was so rude to us, and then let us sit for three minutes (while cars behind us left the line) before telling us to pull forward. We get home and this is my meal… soggy steak strips and a tablespoon of cheese. No sauce to be seen.

Apparently my order had been given to someone in the drive thru. Took them 15+ minutes to acknowledge me and realize the error. Then, my order was still missing an item. The manager on staff the night of Sunday 8/27/23 was treating her staff like total garbage, talking to them like dirt. I can see why they were messing up, because that manager was not going to get good work out of her employees treating the staff the way she was.

July 13th Thurs. At 11pm. We were the only car in line when we pulled up. Even though the manager set me straight what the rules were for the order taker okaying my special order (Not my issue so I think it should have been kept between them because I really could care less.) Still we had two items missing from our order! One we had paid for, the other was just not rung up or given to us. I believe if the manager hadn’t interrupted the order taker it would have been correct. It’s a huge problem when there’s only one car in line and they can’t get the order right. Especially on a $27 order of little tacos and nacho chips. A crying child had to do without two of their snacks. If you’re gonna charge more, and pay people more to work then we should expect more from them as far as service and orders being correct. People need to focus! Service and prices has never been worse with this company. I was even shocked to find this location open because it’s usually closed when we try to go there at night. Smh

The dining room itself was clean and quiet, however I did not dine in and the service and food was awful. In this location they use the self checkout machine’s and if you’re paying w/cash be ready to wait for someone to take your cash also it took an additional 10 minutes after I had already waited 10 minutes for someone to take my money for them to even start on my order, and I was the only customer in the place.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell around. When I actually get what I ordered correctly, it’s still bad. I just had a Crunchwrap where half of it was a salad, the other other half was a small amount of beef. Got to the 11 and Hoover or 12 and Hayes location.

I pay $2 extra to substitute chicken instead of beef and never get it. The crunch wrap I ordered was as flat as paper with barely any toppings. This Taco Bell needs new management. Every time I come, it’s always a disappointment. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for two years. Sick of the disappointment every single time. Staff are always rude and rushing you to order when there is no line.

Placed my order on the mobile app. Took forever to get our food, multiple employees outside smoking. One walked past us to go smoke and didnt even acknowledge us. Once my order was made everything was wrong and cold. My grandmother cannot have meat and we substituted black beans and received beef on all of the tacos. Spent $30 and couldnt eat half of it. Disappointed.

Just tried to get breakfast before going to church, sat and waited about 10min and no one answered to take our order. They heard us but ignored. Once we drove off we saw someone just standing there at the window doing nothing, drinking pop. Worst Taco Bell ever. Needs to be shut down. Will be contacting corporate. This makes no sense.

7/24/23 Absolutely horrible. Waited in line for my order for 18 minutes. Got to the window and they said we don’t have your order. I left immediately because it was apparent they didn’t care. Watched multiple people take their orders back inside to fix. Everyone that clocked in that day should be fired.
