Food was good but HORRIBLE service. They will NOT wait on u at counter, u have to order from board & pay there. The girl gave me my drink cup & looked scared to death. Has COVID destroyed a persons ability to talk to another person!??! Just sad! It also cost extra to change food from chicken to hamburger even tho they make hamburger chalupas!!! I went and got a crispy chicken taco meal. They couldn’t make it right, not once, twice but THREE times. Now they won’t give me my money back and won’t do anything. Food isn’t great here, but with lack of options in town on a work lunch, you would think they would like to keep their business. When they were with KFC it was just as bad. Thought it would be better once it was remodeled. Shame….

Taco bell chelsea Thursday 1:30-2:30. Ordered using kiosk. Lobby got full. still no order 30 minutes later. At one point the doors wouldn’t open for people to come in or leave. 2 guys trying to get in. I tried to open the door from the inside. I turned to the counter where drive thru girl looked at me. I said the door won’t open. She looked at me and turned away. Another guy pushed the door it suddenly opened. I thought I heard a worker say when they get behind the door locks. While I’m eating my food and watching. The door keeps not opening. People pull and push hard. Someone is going to get hurt. Worker told an elderly couple it’s taking about 30 minutes to get food inside. A group of guys went out and one was in the bathroom. He tried real hard to open the door. My husband turned and said the door won’t open and suddenly it opened. The guy almost fell down it opened so fast. What’s going on at this place. I could see 5 workers. 2 at drive thru. 1 washing dishes. 2 at the food station. The people were being very patient and wondering what’s going on. The door had people pretty upset. And the service was so slow. Mostly only one worker was doing most of the work.

Was not able to get food 2 nights in a row due to inaccurate hours. Tried to call in for an order around 10:30 and was told the store was “closed” and that they closed at 10, not 11. Came back the next day at 9:50 and was told again they were closed. Will not be coming back, I’m sure the staff will appreciate it 🙂

Taco Bell is Taco Bell…but yeah the food was solid today. Service was spectacular. I was recently traumatized at Wendy’s, so I came over to Taco Bell instead. Young lady at drive thru told me about the free taco Tuesday and filled my Baja Blast Zero to the very tip top…I am big, so I appreciate the small things lol. Super impressed
