Chalupa shell was like shoe leather, then they forgot to put the meat on. I asked to add black beans but instead of meat they put just black beans i never asked meat to be removed. Also was supposed to get my free taco Tuesday thing and code didn’t work and I paid for it. Wouldn’t have minded but they screwed up my chalupa so here we are

Poor management and careless employees. Went through the drive through around 8 pm on March 18, 2023 and nobody was in the facility. You could clearly see food sitting out and food cooking but nobody was around. I waited there for 15 minutes and even tried the front door which was locked. What is going on? Then four employees all got out of one vehicle after “smoking” and proceeded to walk into the building.

This has happened MULTIPLE times… if you go here past 10:30pm the employees tell you if you don’t have a mobile order, they can’t help you. With zero cars in line, the manager told me there’s only 2 employees including herself working so they can only accept mobile orders. Apparently it takes more than 2 people to make tacos.. with, again, nobody else in line. Terrible way to run a business.

Went during lunch and waited 45 minutes, inside, while they continued to ignore us and take drive thru orders. One employee kept locking the front door to make people go through the drive thru. It was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I have ever had with any Taco Bell anywhere in the last 25 years.
