Got to the speaker was told they were out of beef.. weird for a taco place but they replaced beef for chicken was charged extra for chicken and i was still chill with that until they put 2 pieces chicken on everything, the box didn’t have chips and cheese was still charged, my order was one box and one additional burrito. They were obviously in the rush to get out and just slap food together and don’t care. They up charge you and sever you trash great place. Also here’s some pics of the food

I ordered an online order and went inside to pick it up. I waited 10 min for someone to even talk to me then they just walked away and 10 min later someone came back asking if i needed help. Employees were not wearing gloves and there was trash and food all over the floor through the cooking area. The dining area had trash all over the floor, dirty tables and in the time i was there not one person cleaned a thing. I already complained and received no response as i threw away my food based on how disgusted i with the cleanliness and the health dept should be called.

Literally the worst Taco Bell. They are always out of everything and the line takes 30 mins to get through. I don’t blame the kids working there either, this is a failure of management/ownership. For the love of god, do your inventorying better, order more than you need, hire more people and pay them enough to stay there more than a week. Otherwise just sell the place.

Tacos had a tbsp of beans and rice. When asked about it they had nothing to say. Manager called us Karens asking for a refund because they were incredibly rude. The manager said they would call cops because they wouldn’t give us the district mangers numbers. Then the manager said “it’s 2023 I don’t need to be fake” when costumer service was brought up. When we did leave the employee walked outside and shouted at us leaving. This was highly unacceptable. I still didn’t get the number for anyone.

This was the worst TB experience to date. First off the lobby was closed due to short staffing. Sat in the drive-thru for quite a while even though there was only two cars in front of us. Ordered several items but the worst was the grilled cheese steak burrito combo. There were literally two small cubes of steak in the entire burrito. The rest of the food was barely acceptable. If this is the best they can do due to short staffing they might be better off just to close down for a while as we will not be going back anytime soon.

Do I need to even givr one star? I should be able to leave a review with zero stars. Hands-down the absolute worst most foul employees I have ever run into. Employees were unhelpful and abusive. We asked that our order be corrected and they just shook their head at us. I then asked for money back with they refused to give me. I asked if they would remake it and as they did they proceeded to scream at me through the window. They shoved the food at me continue to be verbally abusive, called us Karen, and refuse to give us names or management information. The supposed manager name Savannah said it is 2023 and she does not need to be fake when I stated that her customer service skills were lacking. The man that was in the window with her, that refused to help with the problem, proceeded to run out of the store, screaming at us while we drove away. We were afraid for our safety. This is unacceptable by anyone. When we got home, the bag was filled with broken food and garbage.

They’ve been out of literally every item on the menu at least once at this point. Out of burrito shells, refrieds, rice, beef, etc, basically the core components of their entire menu. I don’t fault the poor staff subjected to that kitchen, they’re all super nice, even when there’s only one person scheduled to work(or showed up), but it’s without a doubt one of the worst managed fast food locations I’ve ever seen, how hard is it to keep burrito wraps stocked at a tacobell???
